I absolutely love Kale me Crazy! To start I send my pregnant wife into the store to grab a Green Dream because I have had a severe cold and KMC has the absolute best smoothies on this planet. The $20 I gave her was torn slightly but perfectly in tact, ONE PIECE with no pieces missing. My wife then comes back to tell me she doesn’t have change.. I say ok that’s fine just grab two smoothies and round up and tip the “young” lady. My wife then comes back out with a new story. Now the “young” lady at the cash register says her manager won’t accept a torn bill. I then tell my pregnant wife I will handle it. I go in and pay with an intact $20 where I wait for her to put in the cash drawer which when she reluctantly opens she has PLENTY OF CHANGE, (Quarters, Fives, Tens, but only a single dollar bill) which I would still consider having change. I then asked to speak with the manager who originally denied the acceptance of my $20 from my wife but I was then told the manager is not here. I then asked for a refund of my juice and was given change! Me and my wife are bartenders currently and have been in the industry our whole lives so I understand certain things but to flat out lie and give such a bad attitude over something so minute was just a poor example of training from the management team at this particular location. I am well versed and understand the policies behind money, no business has to accept a damaged bill, my problem is trying to lie to our faces about not having change and your manager isn’t here to avoid just being transparent. I included my receipt and a picture of the bill attempted to be used. I would hope that this particular incident could be reviewed and this could be a learning opportunity for everyone to thrive forward in this great industry of customer service! Had I had the chance talk with a store manager confusion can have been cleared and I wouldn’t have felt a need to make a review. I really don’t believe in negative reviews especially when I love the business! I hope to still be reached out to by someone on your team KMC. I can’t even be mad at this little niche spot in Roswell. You see, I’m a pizza and burgers kinda gal. But my much healthier sibling brought me here against most of my will, and I have to say- the food and smoothies are certainly… healthy! They somehow managed to make a tropical smoothie with no greens taste like grass, but it was refreshing and definitely made me feel like one of those Instagram fitness baddies. The avocado toast was devoid of salt, but was fresh and tasted like success nonetheless. Dare I say it: I might even start making it at home (with a few seasonings… one step at a time now). If you like spending money and things like charcoal lemonade and turmeric lattes sound good to you, give it a try and live your best life. Hope this helps!

I have been coming here for months and every time the service is good and the food tastes great. The portions are a nice size. I have tried almost everything on the menu but love the smoothies. Recovery is my favorite in the smoothie section. I have tried all of the wraps including the breakfast, tuna, chicken, and vegetarian. Each of them have their own taste and flavoring. This is not boring healthy food it is delicious and nutritious. They also make different types of juice. I often get celery juice as I have seen it helps me recover from illnesses faster. Açaí bowl was great. It was not sweet as sweet as some other açaí bowls, however the raw honey on top compensated a bit. Went during lunch time on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet. A lot of people coming in and out to pick up orders but besides that a great spot to wind down, catch some lunch, and get some peace and quiet. Definitely will be going again. Healthy delicious nutritionally rich ingredients recipes. Smoothies, juices, salads, poke bowl, acai bowls, soups and many more entrees especially with kale. Nice shop right next to Starbucks off the Holcomb Bridge rd in movie complex shopping center with planet fitness. Professional courteous cheerfully knowledgeable service at the counter. Received samples of beet recipe juice. Tried grounded smoothie. Awesomely tasty delicious drink. Will be going back to be "grounded" again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible listeners. This is the second time they messed my order up completely. I asked for a veggie quesadilla with green pepper and she gave me a chicken quesadilla with CUCUMBER. Then she wasn’t apologetic at all. I spent my whole lunch hour waiting 20 min for the wrong order and didn’t have time to waste, so I asked for a refund. Food and drinks are over priced. This is a tacky, lackluster, wannabe healthy hipster spot. The only thing they got right was the industrial building vibes.
