Beware!! حظر!! I've never had to leave a restaurant in Lebanon a 1 star review but this is an exception. I came here in 2018 and they had an exceptional breakfast spread and great service. 5 years later we came here for the same breakfast and we were served old sour food. The 3 of us have been suffering from diarrhea and dehydration ever since we ate here. We are in the hospital now. I do now know how this place is open. The empty restaurant was a red flag but we came since I had a previous good experience. Avoid this place at all cost!!! The owner just needs to shut this place down. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food was amazing, the service was also great! We ordered fateh, wara2 3enab, ras 3asfor, r2a2at jebneh, fatoush, ma2ane2, batata 7arra and finished it with ashta ice cream and cotton candy ontop.

To all previous Kahloon customers: this is not the old Kahloon. Different menu, different food quality, very different service.. What u will get is 20% of the old Kahloon experience.. It has only retained the name, everything else is totally different. This new version is totally not recommended. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

When we arrived the welcome was okay, but we were seated on a table that if yu put yur hands on it, they will turn black i dnt know why, we ordered a variety of mezza nd grilled dishes, it was good but i expected an exceptional taste cz thats what its image shows, though we enjoyed the music they put, when we finished we asked to change the table, to continue with dessert they said they'll see but didnt rly care, where half of the tables were empty, ive been served much better at low profile restaurants, so no to repeat

We waited more than 5 min for someone to check on us and give us menus but then Ali gently apologized and made sure to take good care of us! He was so knowledgeable about the menu and assisted us in choosing our order and was so patient and suggested a lot of good options! Environment was perfect and prices are good as well! The food did not take so long to be served and it was tasty and delicious! However the sweets took forever (more than 45 min) And at the end we were informed they still don’t have the item at the store and they are getting it elsewhere. We ended up changing the order for sweets

“Tasty food and quantity is good (chicken roulade is a must try😍) Hookah is good. Tableware is clean. Waiters and hosts are friendly. Ambiance is nice. “ this review was before changing the chef! You need to check the below: Unfortunately, i want to take back my previous review! I came here again for the chicken roulade and for the welcoming bread and cheese you serve for free. First the chicken roulade is not the same! It was overcooked and the mashed potatoes seems to be old and heated again! The welcoming bread and cheese was not served! I asked the waiter and he confirmed the chef is changed. You need to watch for the quality of the food served! Last but not least the order was delayed!

Very expensive for what we had. Not quite ready for customers and we had to return the cheese rolls as they were cold. Not up to the normal standard

Very bad experience. Portions of one person are served to 4 persons. Very slow service. Prices are very high with respect to portions served. Very very bad management. Staff tries to be very helpful in spite of the bad management.
