Kolaches are amazing. Perfectly proportioned fillings (traditional favorite apricot, prune, apple) have the right ratio of fruit to filling + pack flavor over sweetness. Dough is akin to a rich challah, spot-on slightly dense and chewy, slightly sweet + hint of yeast. Poppy seed are as good/better than you'll find in Czechia. Savory options are true to Texas. Give them a try, they are delicious, to see if it's your thing.

Specialty sausage kolache was perfection. Same for the sweet strawberry. If you’re in Loveland don’t miss out. These fresh delights are almost the same price (maybe less) than a fast food breakfast sandwich and they are a billion times better.

The Kolaches here are amazing! Wife loves the blackberry! I love the potato and bacon! My Father frequently has me grab 1/2 a dozen. We will be trying other items in the near future. Pic-Bacon and potato with the sour cream and chive dip.
We call it "Just a Pinch of Ridicule." The women at the counter are rude and act like they couldn't care less if you are their customer. Product is good, but they make it difficult to obtain the product. Often they have run out of goods. You may try to order ahead, but sometimes they are not taking orders ahead. Instead, they'll tell you to show up at a specific time to purchase, only to find out that they sold out before said time. After years of this frustration, we finally will NOT be back. We just moved to Loveland from Fort Collins and I was SO sad to be leaving Colorado Kolache company behind. I had no idea Just a Pinch was down here, and I am SO glad they are! Incredible kolaches (and coffee next door at Loveland Coffee Company).

I have lived in Texas my whole life, so I’ve had my fair share of kolaches. I can honestly say these are the best kolaches I have ever had. They have amazing non-meat options (green chili egg, mushroom brie, pizza...YUM). The owners are so kind and the shop environment is warm and welcoming. We love coming here!!

Great kolache. I prefer the savory ones--'breakfast sausage' has egg in it, too. And the 'krautburger' has beef and sauerkraut. They're dense. You can eat two and be pretty content. Eat three and be full. Also tried a blueberry lemon scone. Large scones, moist and flavorful. Definitely recommend. They have pumpkin scones right now, too. Only drawback is the consistent long line because they only have one register and are always busy. Expect a 10-15 min queue even at 8am, but it's worth it. Get there early because they sell out regularly. There's also a local coffee shop next store.

I’ve been going to this bakery since they opened and have been extremely happy, however the last two times were quite disappointing. I drive from Fort Collins for my jalapeño kolache fix, but lately the bread has been really dry or over baked. In fact, the ends were crispy and not even edible today. Two consecutive visits with the same problem makes me wonder if they have a new baker or someone that is not inspecting what is being sold. I do hope that they start paying attention to detail again because I really do love having kolaches in Northern Colorado.
