I first try Jumbo on 2018 is my favorite Chinese food the service is good the prices are better and the food is Great. Their cooking is well balanced on flavor and is always fresh I give it 5 Star .Also you could order via phone, they're really accurate. If you haven't try it yet you won't have any regrets!
Absolutely NOT service oriented.
I was eating at a table, close to their closing time (10:21 and, they close at 10:30), when the cashier comes to my table with a plastic bag and, tells me to back-up my food and leave, since they were closing.
I told her (surprised by her attitude), that I needed to finish my meal, which she responded "I'm sorry we're closed".
I then asked if it was not at 10:30, that they were supposed to close and, she responded "Well, sometimes we close earlier. We are waiting for you, so we can leave".
NEVER GOING BACK!!
EVEN THE FOOD, WAS NOT THAT GREAT.
