Offering good acai bowls is the feature of this bar. You may come across comments that juice is great here. Juice It Up is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Also, visitors recommend this place because of democratic prices. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Walked in and no one even greeted me... no one said we'll be right with you or anything. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to say anything or even acknowledge me, never happen. There was a male with a short cut and a girl with burgundy hair. Terrible customer service... I just had to walk out. Even if you're busy, you are at least suppose to greet the customer. Thursday at 6:05 pm. 2/16/2023 25970 Iris Ave B-6, Moreno Valley, CA 92551 A male manager was unprofessional. I request one large smoothie drink and two smoothie bowls, the total was $31.83. I noticed the manager didn't have any gloves on, and he was cutting the banana without gloves when he was making my smoothie bowl. I said excuse me can you wear gloves. The manager stated, huh, I can’t hear you, what did you say, the manager stated again, I can't hear you, I said with all the crisis going on, why are you not wearing gloves? So I told him I did not want the drink and the smoothie bowls. I asked him can you put on gloves he wanted to make my smoothie bowls with no gloves. He yelled at me three times over and over again, and it sounded like he didn't understand health and safety. There was a female worker with him. I asked her if she could make my smoothie drink and smoothie bowls over, but she was confused with the order so I just asked for my money back.

UPDATE 2: MUCH MUCH Better! I have came back a couple times and was surprised about the increase in employees and the increased speed of smoothie output. This place has improved a lot and is what I originally expected. (5 stars) UPDATE 1: Continually underperforms.... Always packed, no workers, and don’t even bother ordering the extras. They forget half the time and you are just out $0.50 to $1. (2 stars) ORIGINAL: Great smoothies, but they are severely understaffed or hire under qualified employees. I come here often to get smoothies and a majority of the time there is a long wait for the smoothie. This last time was the breaking point. I stopped in before a meeting and had to wait forever for my smoothie, which made me nearly late for my meeting. One employee was getting orders, the other was in the back room doing who knows what. They obviously need more assistance or better employees. Come here if you have time to wait, smoothies are delicious. (3 stars)

This place used to be my go to spot, since its nearby. But I've noticed the service has declined ALOT. Seems like they're really cutting corners when it comes to training employees. Not training them well enough to even blend drinks adequately. They'd even rather lie to you and tell you that they've never offered your usual (even though you just ordered it there a few days prior) than bother teaching new employees how the input items from their secret menu. The people are nice enough but the quality of service is trash.

Really disappointed today. I usually go to another location but decided to stop by the Iris location on my way home. First, I attempted a mobile order in which I tried applying a reward I earned through the app. It was for a free medium classic smoothie with a $10 purchase. I was having trouble figuring out how the reward would go to my cart so I decided to come inside and order with my reward and pay cash. The cashier attempted to help me and couldn’t figure it out, he asked me to scan the barcode that was on my screen and it instantly charged the visa account associated with my juice it up account. Two things went wrong here, I wanted to pay in cash and I didn’t get the discount for my reward for a free drink. He didn’t know what he was doing, I asked about a refund for the medium drink that I was supposed to receive and he denied but suggested I email customer support. While waiting for my drinks, I noticed many flies and gnats in the food prep area. Upon further looking, I noticed tons of old juice splatters on the ceilings; the cleanliness behind the prep area looked horrible. I was completely grossed out. Finally I receive my drinks and leave, half way down the road I realize they messed up one of the drinks on my order. The other two were right and one was completely wrong. I had to drive back and have them fix it. Waited again for about 10mins for the correction. Nothing was offered to smooth over the many issues. I will never go to this location ever again.
The morning staff is friendlier than the night crew. I love the juices and various variety of flavors. My favorite is the 50/50 it tastes like the 50/50 big stick ice cream. The fruit in the display is sometimes old. If you are coming into a juice bar to order a drink you do not want to see dried and old fruit when you order. The facility is modern and they have great music playing. Sometimes the wait is long and there step only 2 customers inside. The younger staff tend to talk more to themselves and or interact more on their telephones than they do with the customers. At times I may get my drink to taste the way a branded juice it up should taste but other times my drink tastes like ice and juice. I don't know if it's because new people are still being trained, or if they are putting more ice than juice. Either way when this happens it's discomforting because should wants to pay 6, 7, 8 dollars for icy juice. When this place is on they are on and when they are off they are off. I recommend you taste your drink before you leave the store because one thing is good, if it's not made righr, then you can ask them to remake it if it doesn't taste like the flavor or drink you picked from their menu.
Who manages this place? The counters are all tagged up, half the lights are burned out, the menu boards are crooked and falling down, the ceiling is stained with rust and exploded smoothie juice, and dust was everywhere. The smoothie tastes good, but if it’s that dirty in the lobby I’m afraid what’s going on behind the counter.
We stopped at this location. They refused to accept cash as a form of payment even if you had the exact change. In my opinion being in retail myself there is no reason for this even with a coin shortage you can still except cash with exact change. My Daughter who does not have a bank card was turned away and she had to go back to our car to have me come in to make the purchase. Unacceptable and horrible customer service. Won’t be going back to this location again.
