I left a review a week ago, the manager wouldn’t contact me back. And corporate isn’t very helpful. Sad that no one in company cares about service!! -I would like to hear back from a manger on why my order was canceled on purpose and was told the drivers car broke down. Clearly you guys where still delivering. I feel very lied too and would like to talk to coordinate about employees lying to customers. Service: 1

Was excited to have the chicken Thia wrap. For $10 , the portion was small, and the chicken looked old and not fried and had little to no spice. I have been coming to this Jimmy John's weekly for a year. They usually have my order ready before I finish paying! Never once has my food not been great! The employees are kind and fun. The store is always clean and organized. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last 3 times I've ordered from this Jimmy John's they have not had a driver available. I wish they would allow doordash to come pick up the food if they don't have someone available. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

Fast and delicious. At least for us, anyways. The people who came in a couple minutes after us had to wait a few minutes for the workers to come out of the back. Other than that, it was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

2nd time they messed my order up. First time I asked for a tuna but received a turkey BLT. I actually liked the sandwich and ordered it again. I called and ordered the turkey BLT ( I didn’t know the name of the sandwich); he said okay. I received the order, asked “ turkey BLT?” To confirm before I left. The man said “ yea, three sandwiches in there”. I get home, and it’s just a BLT. So I call and the guy I took the order from said they didn’t have that on their menu, but could give me “credit” ( not refund). I looked at their menu and it’s call the Club lulu. Employ people who care about their job, just as the people care enough about coming to eat there. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Idk who staffs this place but the store was being run by one person during rush hour and I waited 20 min for a meal I called ahead on. Giving two stars because the sole employee was cool under pressure.
