Awesome restaurant. The new night manager gal is super awesome and made the best sandwich I've had. U can tell she takes her job seriously and genuinely enjoys her job and had the best customer service ever. Big smile . Big thank you. Oh and they are freaky fast, fresh and tasty. I scheduled an order this morning for delivery, got a call when they opened that they had no driver? Sooo why were they accepting orders that couldn't be fulfilled?? And then 7-10 business days for a refund? I am on a tight paycheck, and that was supposed to be my lunch. Nothing pisses me off more than a business being coy with my money, issuing a same day refund is not impossible or that difficult, it just means they don't care to invest in the capability to do so. I'm extremely disappointed because I otherwise really enjoy the food. Service: 1

Delivery will be beyond an hour anytime of day. They don’t have drivers but they process orders regardless. The part that is highly unethical is that the store will mark orders as “out for delivery” when they are nowhere near being ready for delivery. They do this so customers will stop watching their app and forget about their order. It is unethical to sell a product you know ppl expect in under 45-minutes when you cannot deliver within 90-minutes. Staffing is an issue everywhere but misleading customers is not. Also, I’ve ordered Sammie’s in person at this location and it was filthy. Trash all over the floor, tables weren’t wiped between customers. There are tons of JJ’s in the area. This is easily the worst one. The Sammie’s I’ve had delivered were also not made to order; extra condiments are prepared as regular. Extra bacon is ignored but charged on receipt. It’s a mess. Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. After over 90 minutes, cancelled my order after receiving three different excuses when calling 3 separate times inquiring about the status. We got there when they opened at 10 and waited a half an hour for two Ceasars wraps. They were okay. We were just happy to be out of there. My sister forgot her purse. About the 3rd time order has been canceled due to not having delivery drivers available. First couple times chalking it up to tough times hiring workers due to competitive market with delivery apps, but third time in multiple months just means the service shouldn’t be offered any more. Stop taking orders if you can’t fulfill them. Usually takes about an hour of waiting with no notice then calling in only to be told the order was canceled. “Freaky fast”, more like “freaky can’t run a business properly”. Seeing this same compliant in other reviews with the response being “that’s not how we do business, please reach out”. How about as the franchise owner, you show up and run your business. I’ve worked in multiple food service roles with store managers who step in and help when things get busy, it’s part of managing a store or owning a franchise. Service Delivery

I've always loved JJ's but this is by far the worst one i have ever been to. Definitely contracted the covid virus from their lack of cleanliness and employees are unprofessional

What’s wrong with this location!? Weeks back the sandwiches were good, then they started getting smaller as in shrinking bread smaller. The other day, all new faces told everyone was fired and was sold the best sandwich. So, great right? I go back today and get a wimpy sandwich as in light on everything lettuce roast beef tomatoes etc and wimpy hard like day old bread. Think I’m done….. making them a choice for lunch or dinner.
