Jewel has always been our family’s grocery store since they have opened. They shall continue to be my fav mainly because I don’t want to ring up and bring my own bags so I can bag my own groceries! I know Aldi which is now across the street may have cheaper items but I guess I’m willing to pay extra for a lil bit of service! I’ve always been happy with Jewel’s employees, service, product selection. Only downside are the prices are rising bit more than I like or expect. I know everything has gone up since pandemic but …

They sold me the oldest driest chicken ever it's soooooo salty. The lady that was at the hot food spot seemed nice but the food isn't fresh. This chicken had to be cooked hours ago. Got potato wedges they are ok how can you mess that up. The sushi 🍣 literally is garbage. Zero flavor what so ever plain Jane a 0 outta 10. Wow I want my money back for this I'm calling in the am not chatting give me my money back asap

This is our jewel location and we frequent each week. Everything has been great up until the last couple of weeks. The deli workers are becoming very unpleasant to deal with, especially Lisa S. Three weeks in a row she has tried to give us almost double the amount of lunch meat we ask for. When we ask her to take some off, she mutters stuff under her breath and gets an attitude. I am not sure if she does not understand what 3/4, 1/4, or 1/2 of a pound mean, but when I ask for 1/2 pound i do not expect to be given a weight of 0.80 and then treated poorly because I don’t want it. It may be time for a little retraining in your deli department.

Got fried chicken for cheap chicken Monday. Was watching a movie in the dark and didn’t realize until I brought the plate to the kitchen, the chicken is completely undercooked.

I like this Jewel. I’ve been to many. Clean, well stocked, organized. Only 2 little things. The Chicken Rotisserie Salad in the deli had HUGE chunks of chicken. The Pepsi 12 packs were out. I asked a nearby stocker if they had any more in back. She said she couldn’t answer that and she would have to get a manager. Seemed weird. Never got them.

Please bring back the cashiers. I Understand the businesses have to adjust at retail but not everyone wants self checkout. Only having 1-2 cashiers with lines 6-10 deep are just not acceptable. This is a trend for the last 6 months. Using self checkout for a full cart is not fun. Time to move on.

If you have all day and no place to be then this is the place. Like most large grocery stores they have 8 checkout lanes and 1 open during the busiest time of day. The self check out lane was packed with a line going nearly to the back of the store. If you go to Trader Joe’s they are 4 times smaller and they have every single checkout line covered. You are in and out and on your way with your groceries.

Only 1-2 people working deli, 1-2 people checking out and self check out lines are always long. You would think paying to shop here there would be better service.

An average Jewel. Friendly folks, decent produce and meat. Clean, organized. could use more asian items .4/27/22 their usual plant stand is up and running. 8/30/22- 2030 and all is well. Good time to go shopping in the summer. Cool temps and few people! 11/20/23- Jewel is packed in anticipation of Turkey Day. First year in competition with a new Aldi across the street. Doesn't seem to effect the folks in Jewel!
