Although the parking is lacking, there are other areas that you can park at. It's worth the 50ft of extra steps. We got there, and are almost turned around because of the line; I'm glad we didn't. I'm guessing the manager was the one running the meat slicer, and he was super friendly. Supportive to his staff, and was able to have a genuine conversation when working. The staff, (mostly younger kids), held their own during a during a "busy" time. Super friendly. And if you haven't worked in food service, your one star reviews make sense. Friendly employees greeted with a smile. Easy and fast ordering. Fresh made sandwiches. We ordered the cheesesteaks and they're amazing! Another favorite is the Italian Mike's way.
