I really don't mind the food at Jersey Mike's taste-wise, but two times in a row (a couple months apart) that I've been in, the meat has been in odd situations. first time there was a tube of salami just chill'n on the floor from the time we came in until about 5 minutes into our ordering and waiting - and the last we were in, there was an unpackaged turkey chunk sitting on top of packaged food in the cooler. It just doesn't seem incredibly sanitary? It's a turn off to say the least....
Overall, the employees don't seem very happy to be there (which I understand, working for the public..) but there's always a tense vibe - it's odd.
Just like.. put meat away properly, and if you fumble a salami log, pick it up with quickness, so people don't have to stare at it while waiting in line lol

One of the employees wearing an N95 today who was clearly under the weather had it pulled down blowing and wiping their nose then goes to grab gloves from box touching each hand with the opposite bare hand while putting them on without washing hands. Proceeds to make my sub while digging contaminated gloves into the veggies. I wanted to be polite so I paid for my sub and left. Tossed it in the trash when I got home. I really love the food but the sanitation here is getting sketchy. Frequent customer who will be taking a long break from eating here.
Horrible service! Put the toppings outside the sub instead of in the sub. A disgusting mess!!!
I have previously given this Jersey Mike’s location a 5 star top review. Sadly, today our experience was so bad that I changed my review to a 1 star.
Everyone was a trainee (all 4 of them), and no one was overseeing them. The manager was hanging out in the back with the assistant manager!!!
One trainee put the toppings on top and around the roll. Not in the sub! He said there wasn’t enough room to fit the tomatoes, lettuce and onions in the sub.
I called for the manager to fix it. She said “it’s fixed”. It wasn’t. The sub was left the way it was and squished into the bag. It was a disgusting mess.
The manager was rude and walked away, doing nothing to fix it. I had prepaid for the $19 sub!!!

The person cooking our big kahuna started wrapping it to go without asking what we wanted as toppings. I stopped him, asking for toppings before he wrapped it up. He seemed shocked that we wanted to add lettuce, tomatoes and onions to our sub. He then piled the tomatoes, lettuce and onions on top of the roll instead of in the sandwich. I asked him to plz put them inside the sandwich. He said there wasn’t room in the sandwich. The “manager” came over, asking what was wrong. I told her.
I then asked for them to put the toppings in a container and I’d deal with it at home. The server and manager stood in front of a counter next to the grill, instead of the normal toppings counter facing the customers. They blocked my view and handed me the sandwich wrapped and in the sub bag.
I told her I didn’t want a squished sub. She said “fine” and walked to the back, out of sight. Never came back. Didn’t refund the sub.
The cashier apologized and checked to see if she was coming back. She didn’t.
The prior manager was wonderful. We’ll go somewhere else next time.

When a customer comes into your establishment and is greeted and then ignored to take care of other orders that have come In from DoorDash this is a problem and I see it everywhere. The customer that comes into the store should be the top priority period. You had plenty of staff on the could have helped to make this happen but instead I left. Better luck next time!!!

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a Mike's Philly cheese. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was soggy because it had too much Frank's Red Hot sauce on it. Otherwise it was ok. The Mike's Philly cheese was okay but I've had better at Charlie's at the Portland Mall. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's and I will go one more time to try the club sandwich. Perhaps only the hot sandwiches are soggy.

This was our 1st time here & we only came because we had a gift card. We were very unimpressed by the staff interactions & professionalism.
6 solemn looking employees were standing behind the ordering counter when we entered, during the ordering process, & payment process.
There was no direction from any of the employees while customers were standing around. It took us surprisingly long from start to finish, considering 6 staff members were standing around.

I don’t understand how a sandwich can have such little flavor??
It was my first time at a Jersey Mike’s. I stood where it said ‘order here’ but there was only an employee at the register, so I go to place the order with her. She asks if I ordered already and points to the other side I was just on. So I go over there where there’s now an employee, can see cold subs come with lettuce, tomato, onion, seasoning etc so I ask if I can add pickles to my Club Supreme. He said sure, I pay, and as I’m walking away assuming they’ll call my name when it’s ready, they literally yell at me asking what I want on my sub. I list all the things I thought just came on it. When she goes to wrap it I’m like it comes with bacon right? It did so she slaps some cold precooked bacon on.
I got a regular when I would’ve been fine with a mini. So portions are good but I just couldn’t believe how bland and unsatisfying of a sandwich it was. And the cheese was so thin it might as well have not even been on it. I do not recommend.

Have always loved Jersey Mike's but very disappointed today. Only 2 bread types available. Lettuce looked old, wilted and discolored so I removed it at home. I was not impressed when they scraped the sides of the empty mayo container to put on the sandwich, which was gross. Why are people behind the counter just standing around? Will not be back until reviews get better!

First time at a Jersey Mike's. Had to wait forever. Their sandwich making system is not set up for speed at all. I ordered a hot sandwich and it came out and sat there and sat there because I was made to wait while the employee put all the veggies and condiments on the sandwich, wrapped and bagged them of the customer behind me before she would cash me out. The sandwich was incredibly salty too. Not impressed with Jersey Mike's and won't be a repeat customer.
