Having moved into the state from the west coast, I have noticed, in my opinion, customer service is awful in Michigan in general. So when you get excellence service it really stands out. This is where Robert Weiss comes in. (Farmington Hills… 12 and Farmington) Outstanding service. Made his work with care and passion. Carried a great conversation. This man needs to be commended. Have been to this location just a few times in the past with varying results but Robert completely changed our opinions on Jersey Mikes. Give that man a raise! Will be back!

Ordered online, Friday 10/6/2023 received notification when food would be ready. Arrived to a handwritten note on the door that the store was closed?? This was at 6:20 pm. Call and spoke to someone that said he couldn't get anyone to come in and work and he had been there since 7:00 a.m. so he just closed the store. Had to go to a different location. Place another order and pay again to get food.
Update, 10/11/2023. the payment that I made for food at the closed location just cleared my bank. So Jersey Mike's owes me over $60
Customers be warned!! Before placing an online order at this location, call to verify that they are actually open!! I advised against ordering anything online from this location.
Purposely left my sandwich on the counter just to make me wait longer, even though the order was done 10 minutes ago. Ridiculous. Do not go here, many other places that have better food and much much better service. The old lady up front should be fired.

Online ordering only, can't ring up a take out in the store... no sign on the door to give anyone a heads up... online app is terrible, put in the order and it all vanishes, flashing an estimated time before disappearing and can't see the active order anymore anywhere.... Time is way too long, so if I had seen that before, I wouldn't have ordered but now I can't cancel.... Be better to just close the store for the day than deal with this.

Nice hearty sub. This is their club sub. One of the few places that actually cooks the bacon so it’s not raw or rubbery, but crispy. 🙌🏼 Good amount of meat and toppings.
It is 7 PM. The manager told me he didn't feel like serving me and the staff seemed like they wanted to make my order. I will not be going to this particular Jersey Mike again, however they have traditionally been a great place. I'm appalled that I drove here and was refused service within the time lines they have on their door, on a Saturday!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. I would give them a solid 9/10 rating for their exceptional food and service.
One standout item that I tried was the Philly cheese steak sub, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and had a great texture that paired perfectly with the melted cheese. The bread was fresh and had a nice crunch on the outside, while still being soft and fluffy on the inside. The peppers and onions added the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch to the sandwich, making it a truly satisfying meal.
Aside from the incredible food, the service at Jersey Mike's was also fantastic. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were able to help me navigate the menu and make recommendations based on my preferences, which was greatly appreciated.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that went into each order. My Philly cheese steak sub was made exactly how I wanted it, and the toppings were evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and wants to make sure that each customer has a positive experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone looking for a great meal. The Philly cheese steak sub is definitely a standout item that is sure to impress, but there are plenty of other delicious options to choose from as well
Ordered a turkey and provolone sub today on the mobile app. Walked into the shop and there was one girl sitting down in the back on her phone. About a minute to get greeted finally came to counter gave her my name and she handed me the sub. So I get back to work to find out it wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. Bad handling of the situation what if I had an allergy to something. I don’t even know what sub I got here is the picture.
i will always rave about jersey mikes, best sandwich around. granted i’ve only tried a couple different ones i usually stick with the number 9, but nevertheless, it’s one of my favorite places. very affordable, a nice selection and very pleasant and helpful workers. i plan on getting married at a jersey mikes one day. thank you for the service u provide in this cut throat sandwich industry.
