Wait what! Can I have bread toasted or grilled. I would but owner doesn’t allow it? Stupid rule! Firehouse is right across the street. I have had Jersey Mike’s even in the airport will toast the bread on the grill! Donald, at Your University Blvd. Location is terrific. He is always enthusiastic and the employees around him are upbeat and engaged. It is refreshing in this day and age to see the outstanding customer service everytime we go in there. Businesses are trying to find people like Donald and the employees he leads. Not the biggest fan of Jersey Mike's nothing against this location at all.. Everything went as could be expected and came out exactly as I ordered. Staff was friendly and professional in appearances. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere lacks any depth (it's a fast food sub place) but was clean and tidy. If you like this chain this is a great location!!!
