Amazingly tasty sandwiches, but don't order online! I've had many orders made wrong when special instructions are included.
In store, employees are very polite and friendly. Service is fairly quick if you come in and place your order. I usually get the club sub on Parmesan/rosemary bread with mayo and cherry pepper relish spread. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you as they make your sandwich, which is a nice touch to convey the freshness of their ingredients.
If you are planning on taking your sandwich home, ask for "the juice" on the side! They'll give you vinegar and olive oil separated in two small containers. Combine and pour over the inside of your sandwich when you're ready to eat, and you won't have any soggy bread!

I went in around 7pm on a Monday for 3 sandwiches for dinner. Not only was I in and out in less than 10 minutes, but the staff was so nice! The sweet lady with the glasses and what I think was pink hair tucked up under her hat helped me. I ordered a cheesesteak, a chicken bacon ranch and a number 8, and they were all delicious! She made them all exactly the way I ordered them! And she was fast and super friendly! The staff seemed to be enjoying thier work, as they were smiling in the kitchen as well as at customers. Plus the store was very clean! I've worked in a Deli and I know how difficult it is to keep the floor clean during a rush. 10/10 for food, 10/10 for speed and 10000/10 for cuetomer service. They were all just so nice!

The closest to a New Jersey Sub outside of NJ. Lots of contents including a generous amount of Veggies. The oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and peppers are piled on just right. If you’re looking for a real East Coast Sub you won’t be disappointed.

Another failed sandwich shop sandwiches are good but this location is already being run to the ground no one is wearing name tags the sandwich assembly line is a complete mess and unsanitary being kept the team member making sandwiches didn’t even ask me is if I wanted all fixing and just started by pounding the lettuce on it which my mother can not eat at this time because of medical issue he then had the audacity to ask me what condition this is instead of paying attention on the accuracy of the task at hand which is my sandwiches that are absolutely not free and I expect to be made efficiently and properly the manager already needs to go, could not even tell if one was present based on the mad house I suggest writing the orders down for accuracy and it absolutely doesn’t hurt to smile this is not forced labor if you work their part of the job is customer service. Never again at this location I hope the Santa Rosa is owned by someone else or else that one is a no go for me too I look for not only good foot but good service and appreciated business.

Just ordered take out from them yesterday 7.15.2023 and the order was ready on time, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. If you are a fan of the true taste of Jersey Shore subs, you will be happy camper! Great addition to our culinary line-up!

I know it's only just opened, and having opened 5 restaurants around the bay area myself (3 are still running post lockdown) know how stressful and sideways things can go.
I have never had a sub from either jersey, new or old, but my wife has, being as she grew up in NJ, so we had to see if it lived up to her entirely rational expectations.
First off, it was packed (fantastic problem to have) and my wife's reaction was that it "Smelled the way it should".
We lined up and just saw something akin to organized chaos that can go one of two ways, extremely awesomely, or just a dumpster fire.
I'm assuming it was the owner or manager, slicing meat to order and greeting every single person that came in, as well as keeping an eye on prep and the sandwich makers, he was a human octopus, which is an AMAZING talent to have when it's non stop.
He greeted, took orders, sliced the meat, watched all the orders being made and kept them on track, and just made sure everyone got exactly what they ordered.
Again, not ever having this kind of sub before, I just went all in on "Mikes way" and long story long. It is now my absolute favorite sando.
The wife is extremely impressed and she says it's so close to the subs she grew up with.
Please check them out, you'll probably see me in there once or twice a week from now on.
Be aware, parking looks pretty challenging. There's one lot entrance right after the intersection and it looks like a small lot. I parked near Staples and just walked over.

The most money you’ll ever spend on a sandwich. Very tasty, very nice employees, & VERY VERY expensive. $52 for 2 sub meals. That’s $27 each for a hoagie, Doritos, & a medium coke.

The place has no management, floors are dirty even in the “kitchen”.
They made me wait 30 minutes for one sandwich and when I asked for the manager he said he was busy looking at me.

Person behind the counter made me a very messy sandwich, and I asked them to fix it since the tomato wasn’t even on the sandwich. They rolled it up told me no. Kid behind the register laughed about it… what a bunch of clowns you have working. Get it together…
