Reliable, fast service. Quality ingredients. Wide variety of sandwich options but we just bounce back and forth between the tuna salad and the Italian. The roast beef here can be a hit or a miss depending on how old the meat is. Sometimes it just doesn’t taste right and seems old. If you want something that is consistently good, get the Philly grilled sandwiches. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Did a pick up order and arrived 5 mins before the promised time. I was told they needed to make the 2nd sandwich. 25 mins later, I had to ask where my food was. I wasn't asked for my name again or anything, completely forgotten. I was told it had been ready for nearly 30 mins. I got home with my food and both sandwiches were cold and soggy. The last two times we went to JM’s, the workers acted upset that we ordered a grilled sandwich 45 minutes before closing. They didn’t want to re-clean the grill. It was 7:15pm.
