A nice place with excellent food. Great at atmosphere and staff. Cozy and relaxing. Breakfast served all day. I had French toast with hot maple syrup. Very good. And Husband had chicken fried streak and homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. He said it was very good. Two private chefs passing through and I had plenty of time to read reviews. We went for chicken 🐔 fried steak given the good reviews. Excellent! To the guy who said it was dirty? It's old not dirty, there is a huge difference, learn it instead of posting smack about a very very good restaurant. Sam /Samantha ,was our server. Excellent!! Spent $45 paid $60 with tip. One review said chicken 🐔 steak was a small portion, I agree. But, the quality is of the charts! The meat is excellent and they take pride in it. If you want a huge flavourless chicken 🐔 fried steak go to Norms. If you want a really great checked fried steak then look no further. Plus it comes with eggs, pancake and hash browns, I'm 6' 185 and was nice and full, had to finish my wife's and she's a big eater. Nice job guys, places like you are hard to find anymore since people equate quality with quantity and overlook flavor. Old school vintage roadside diner I imagine breakfast is the star of the show here. We had dinner it definitely satisfied classic comfort foods. Place was bustling but not overcrowded parking was plentiful. Excellent location for road warriors. Vintage style with a nice gift shop area. I saw this place from the street, had a good feeling, and wandered in. Wow. Kim, you are one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met and 100% the most welcoming person I’ve met along Route 66. We connected immediately and I ended up staying here for almost two hours. It culminated in three of us tearing up near the gift shop over shared life experiences. I love you, Kim. You’re a sprinkle of heaven. Oh and not to mention the food - it’s delicious and everything is made in house.
