Absolutely enjoyed the culinary offerings here – the flavors were truly delightful. However, it's worth noting that service pace lagged, potentially due to our seating on the second floor. They also offer hookah services, which, while enjoyable, suffered from similar delays. The ambiance is a nostalgic throwback to the cozy bars of the '80s, thanks to the decor, lighting, and color scheme. A critical area for improvement is the establishment's hygiene standards, particularly concerning the cleanliness of cutlery and tables, as well as the need for better ventilation. More attention to these details would elevate the overall experience.

We ordered smokey pizza, buffalo wings, and mexican nachos. Wings came cold, mexican nachos were supposed to have chicken on top but it came with nothing just the cheeses and the veggies.
We called the waiter and he took them back to the kitchen, reheated the wings, and they were actually nice. And for the nachos he just added some chicken on the ones we already had, but the weren't special.
On the other hand I loved their pizza.
The place has two floors, but the air conditioner wasn't working on the second floor.
Over all the place is cozy and the music was nice.

i loved the place
but the only turn off (huge one ngl) was that a baby cockroach climbed up to my table !!😭😭
everything else was good that i left them a good tip regardless the cockroach

We are foreigners from Canada, didn't expect this at all! Everything from start to finish was impeccable! Service is amazing, friendly and they were they only one of all the restaurants we went to that spoke fluently English! The dishes were fantastic, from presentation to taste. I've seen they were rated by some tourism chamber and highly believe it. Would recommend to anybody passing by! Keep up the good work fellas!

Very nice newly opened place in Kafr Abdo , Alexandria.
Serves nice range of food and desserts with a selection of appetizers with great service and atmosphere.
Well decorated inside out.
For a started their Nachos is a great one, loaded and good to share.
Can highly recommend their carribean chicken and shrimp which is very special dish.
The dessert is also great lotus cheese pudding which is enough for two.
Their drinks are all great as well and must try.
I must say I was a little disappointed with my visit to Jars&Jazz. Firstly there was no jazz, let alone any music. So the atmosphere was non existant.
Food is okay but nothing to make me come back. Service is good.

Awesome food, good tunes, great service and atmosphere.
For breakfast, we had a stack of pancakes with syrup and bacon. For lunch (on a different day) I had the burger with crispy onions on top. It was awesome!
