I ordered from doordash and I must say I have been looking for a good burger place for 6 yrs and I found it.. I've passed buy thia place so many times I shop at krogers ... I had the works burger with avocado and extra bacon sweet potatoes fries and onion rings i love onion rings... and man it was really GOOD.. I'm use to a good burger stands in LA. It’s always a great experience when visiting Jake’s! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is really unique, and the service is amazing. Our server, Perry, was very welcoming and friendly! He gave us great recommendations for the burgers and appetizers, and was really kind and attentive. We will definitely ask to sit in his section again! Very very bad experience today at the Jakes in Flower Mound. The manager was very rude and our waitress Lina threw our food at us. It was almost as if they were waiting to be mean to someone. They were argumentative, impolite, unprofessional and very disrespectful in front of our young child. Did not get the managers name but he wasn't an older Gentleman, he had dark hair. Then said he was going to comp our food and still charged us with everything. I would go to another Jake's. You would just bother these servers if you went here. How sad, especially during the holidays. Today's date is 12/22/23 and we went around 1:30 if I could give 0 stars I would.
