We are here on the evening of 29th December. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by all the friendly staff. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Lovely outdoor seating for summer evenings. We had high expectations already from all the great reviews but these were all met and exceeded!! Our lovely waitress was Kerry (Scottish). She was professional, very friendly and laughed with us! She made our evening that much more special. I loved that she would regularly check in with us and we never felt like we were trying to grab people’s attention to order more drinks. The food was exceptional. We have lived in the mount for 3 years and regularly dine out- but this is our new favourite place and is well worth the money! We have referred our friends here who also loved the food. We had a lovely lunch here yesterday. We got a bunch of appetisers to share and they were really decent proportions. The food was so delicious and the service was fast and attentive. Fantastic service with the best manager on the planet. The vibe is very nice and the restaurant has the best fit out in Tauranga. The food can not be compared to anything else in Tauranga. Great menu, just what the waterfront needs. Really delicious chicken, good portion size, tasty accompaniments. My mate had the wagyu rump, pitch perfect seasoning, beautifully cooked.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The service was amazing - the menu was explained well, our drinks order was taken within minutes of being there (but not too rushed) and they gave us all the time we needed to look over the menu. I had a cocktail and it was perfect. Started with Oysters (both ways) - most delicious crumbed oysters I've had! I chose two entrees for my main, and I'm so glad I did! Crispy Zucchini and Crispy Calamari. I could eat those two meals for the rest of my life and be happy! We finished with the cheesecake - such a perfect end to the meal! Will be going back for sure!
