DO NOT BUY THE MINI CINNI! This limited time offer of inedible paperweight rocks. I tried to take images of it but it was impossible to stab the brick of concrete even with a metal fork. After ordering a "10 pc Mini Cinni" that my wife was excited to try... the fresh high-school graduate at the intercom repeated back asking if I said a teriyaki bowl, and then a kids meal, and then asked again if I wanted 5 or 10 mini cinni. No reciept of course, no emotion or appreciation to even be employed in this world. We get home and we can't even separate the solid brick of garbage that they gave us. Its like they microwaved them for about 7 minutes and left them out all night. Last night they also forgot an 8 dollar burger in the bag after we placed a mobile order. I had to turn around and go back inside to ask for something I already paid for and even made a mobile order to a small list of items with zero modifications so they had the smallest possible chance of ruining my family's night. Today with the Mini Cinderblocks, I simply could not waste my only day off work only to drive back and have them hand me another handful of rocks. I received some coupons in the mail that were still valid. It said that I could receive a large caramel, vanilla, or mocha coffee in person for $1 plus tax. However, the employee on Wednesday November 29th at 9:10am told me it was $1 off which is misleading. If that was the case it would look like my hash brown coupon pictured below. I left because I felt like I received poor service and will just shop for coffee and breakfast elsewhere. I was not trying to combine the coupons Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed ordered the loaded mini tacos. They looked so delicious on the add. Well when I got home they were just one big mess. Cheese sauce all over could not even pick up with fingers. Let's start off with the fact we were at the area where they take your order for 20 minutes when she finally did take our order she had an attitude and we felt like she was rushing us. The triple cheesy bacon loaded curly fries are super Amazing! & As always have to get a order (or 2) of mini churros to dip in my shake. 😋This location was clean and provided friendly service, with fresh tasting food. I had to repeat myself over and over again. That wasn’t the only time, when I went on the weekend I had this same issue when I told them my order and when they repeated it they said something completely different. When we got to the window they can’t even get the whip cream on my shakes and didn’t even mention or apologize or offer a discount for my shakes missing the whip cream. The price of the shake includes the whip cream!! How do they hire people that have not only have bad customer service and can’t train them on how to use whip cream on a food item they are promoting!? Also the times I have went the male workers both with long dark hair ,looked like were 🍃. Apparently this is affecting the way they present their service. Not ok 03-14-23 My daughter wanted a Oreo shake i been tried to convince her to go somewhere else because of our last experience here well I went through the drive through and the two males with long hair were both at the drive through looking at me as if I wasn’t speaking to them in English as if I just came from another country and they couldn’t understand what I was saying, they alway do this. AGAIN No Whip Cream on my daughters shake and when I asked they answered with a cocky attitude and said they didn’t have any?! Like seriously?! Honestly I thought Beavis and Butthead would have been fired by now. They must not have anyone else wanting to work here to literally have ppl that offer this bad of customer service. I got a coffee who was ok. It was really weak with hardly any vanilla in it but the halfsies Fry's I got were so terrible. They were way underdone but after eating a couple I completely lost my appetite and traded it in for just a drink. Was let down for sure.
