Just paid over 20 bucks for a combo meal. Got 5 onions ring and a dried out burger. Man I am too old for this. I did get a milkshake too. It was delicious. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3

I was treated incredibly poorly today at this establishment. I placed a mobile order for 2 of their munchie boxes and 1 overload cake. At about 9 pm on 1/21. I got there at the time the app told me to be there. And told them I had a mobile order to which they replied “that’s too much food it’s gonna be a minute. No problem fine I can wait no big deal. So I wait at the window for about 20 minutes. The wait is not the problem of course but there was literally not a single person in the drive through when I was there. Where the real issue started is when the girl at the window slammed it open practically threw my food at me. And said here’s your food have a nice day” with a huge attitude and then proceeded to slam the window. It upset me a lot cause I I was very nice to her. I was taken aback but left anyway. Only to get home and find out I’m missing things from my order that I paid for. I lost out on money and was treated bad. So overall experience sucked but I didn’t want to call in fear of being yelled at again. I come here frequently and have never been treated like this and order pretty much the same thing each time. Do better I did nothing to deserve the way I was treated, I get people have bad days but I did nothing to you. The guy who was working the drive through was really nice. Clean around the outside. I got the jumbo Jack….not the same as years ago. Probably won’t go back. Miss the old jumbo Jack.

Terrible service, was rushed through when I was the only one there. Breakfast burrito was dripping with water, iced mocha had no milk in it and gave the wrong sauce after asking for taco sauce. Fast food from fast food restaurant. Who would have thunk it. I enjoy going here. the food is freshly prepared, it is served properly assembled and hot. The service is genuine and polite. Ordered something I’ve never ordered before, knowing when I ordered it it was gonna need a fork or spoon to eat it. Pay for my order, get handed it, look in the bag no utensils, I ask the kid at the window for a fork, immediate reply, “we are out of forks and spoons but we have knives!” So he sold me an item needing a spoon or fork to eat it knowing full well they were out of utensils and didn’t feel the need to say anything ahead of time.
