The lobby tables weren't a mess, but each needed at least another wipe down. They were out of ice, and Dr Pepper... i know, a high crime in Texas. The food was good, and the friendlyness of the staff was tip top.

Ordered iced coffees and they were super gross. I understand if they were short staffed w/e the case. It wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there and I asked if I could pay a difference to swap them for a different flavor. I was told no, and that I COULDNT get my money back. Just horrible. Can’t force someone to drink something that taste disgusting. $8 we’re wasted..
Some of the most incompetent people in fast food. How hard is it to literally make a plain burger? Smh and fast food workers wants more per hr when they can't listen to simple instructions. You must have to have a very low IQ to work here. And then to top it off, their burger with everything on it was very sloppy. Talk about getting your hand nasty, eww

Overall a good visit, a few communication issues though. Good menu selections. Men’s room needs detail cleaning. I know help is hard to find in this season, so I understand. Take out meal was good, and as ordered. Prices are moderate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee as soon as I pulled up to order from the speaker through the drive thru immediately had an attitude. I was informed they did not have something I ordered, and they continued with a attitude in a bad tone. I don't expect much from Jack in the Box, but basic human respect is something that that should be expected from every single person. I'm sure nothing will be done, but this location in particular has always been horrid.
The food was nasty the breakfast was not to my liking, hash brown taste more like hash salt and the croissant didn’t have a flavor and it took a long time to give me my order

Every single time I get french fries from this location they are always undercooked or recooked in grease. I’ve worked in fast food so I know the differences. They never let their fries cook for the full amount of time they are supposed to. You can tell they are pulled early and very soggy. One time I recieved fries re-dipped back in the grease and the lady at the window said she knew and to pull to the front to get fresh ones. That’s unacceptable. Ick.
Went to this Jack in the Box after a mandatory work meeting to get something cheap to eat.
I always get either tacos, Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack or Ultamate Cheeseburger. This visit I got Tacos with no sauce, and they were just ok. There wasn't enough meat in the Tacos.
I also got the new Snoop Dogg box, which came with a chicken in a what looks like a small roll, fries, 2 different sauces, and grilled onions, which turned out to be my favorite of the day. The box also came with Curly Fries, a Taco and a Brownie along with a Drink. That Brownie was really soft and delicious. Curly Fries was good as always.
The service was not the best but wasn't the worst. Honestly, I have very low expectations when it comes to fast food joints. Much respect to fast food workers.
