Picked up tacos today super stale old and very soggy with dark colored old lettuce in it tried calling to speak to management the recording says the number is no longer good and they don’t have a updated one…This question is for you manager would you take this home to your family for dinner???? Had a late night order. There wasn't anyone else there at the time and I went through the drive through. I had 2 separate orders and they were pretty big. It took an excessive amount of time but it looked like they only had 2 guys working in there when I went and my orders weren't huge huge but they definitely weren't small. The guys brought my food out as they had me pull around and wait in the parking lot. They were apologetic about the wait and the food was hot and delicious so they still get 4 stars. Great location and the restaurant looked nice and clean and the food was hot and delicious. I was the third car in line and it took almost 40 minutes before I had my food.. The person taking the order was a parental lady night manager.. I found him to be rude even to the customers. And even more rude to his employees.. There are good Jack in the box. Restaurants in the area. I will not be back to this one.. Yelling at your staff while you're window is open and you're dealing with a customer. Is not okay also he asked me to pull to the front of the building to wake for my order while he still had my credit card in his hand. There are other all night options in the area. 35 minute wait, trapped in drive thru. Drinks came out with lid half on dripping everywhere. When I asked for napkins I was handed an entire box. After the extremely long wait I was charged incorrectly, food was COLD. When I tried to call back for a refund number was no longer in service. I’m gonna get my money back one way or another! I had to put a star if I could I would put zero they always say they are closed between 4:00 and 6:00 a.m. that's when I get off of work trying to grab something to eat I don't know if it's the truth but I know friends that worked at fast food that used to say that SAME THING "SYSTEM REBOOTING UNABLE TO TAKE ORDERS" please hire people that want to work... The cashier is the only good part about this jack in box. The store is only dirty including the tables. Make sure you bring your cleaning supplies.

I attempted to make an order in the drive thru at 1am. I was told “you asking for too much” by ordering items off the menu. I did not proceed with the order. This was the worst customer service. I will not be back. I get were tired and nights are hard but I do this every night and would never talk to my patients the way he spoke to me. Service Take out Service: 1
