Went in line got our food freshly made an left! The workers were fast an efficient the food well as you can see in the pics were so yummy I didn't get a full pix! I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger for $7.58 and it didn't have any bacon on it. The patties tasted like they were pre-sliced patties from a bag and were a little crunchy or orvsr cooked on the edges. When I ordered the same from a different location, the patties were thicker and not a cookie cutter flat patty shape. I only visited this location because I was driving by and will not return. I do not know how they stay in business. You have to shout to get someone to finally give up and take your order. Then they tell you they have to check to see if they have food. Then they say they do, but it is cold (no kidding). I guess no one there knows how to turn on the grill. This at noon on a weekday. I am about to conclude that if you want to eat in Las Vegas, drive to a grocery store and cook something. Service is mediocre AT BEST, 8 oz of Pepsi in a glass with ice in a restaurant is $10, and the fast food (I use the term jokingly) will not take your order or cook food for you. EDIT to "owner" I went to the website and wasted yet another half hour on your "survey" only to get asked for my personal information including my phone number. I refused. That stopped the survey and threw it out. So, you have to have my personal contact information, full name, etc. and you expect me to put that in a form that goes who knows where? You are looking for a way to blame the customer. Go for it. I certainly do not want a coupon or anything like that. I'll never darken your door again. But I stand by this review. This is a true account of the events I experienced. I have no reason to lie and I am not a troll.

This is my local location so I frequent this spot. They got my order wrong a couple times and the food has definitely not been the best quality. They aren't consistent, you just got to roll the dice. Also I use the app to order before I get there and it always says my order will be ready in 7-9 minutes but it's never ready on time. I'm usually waiting awhile for the food which is whack. After spending my children's inheritance at McDonald's for two sandwiches, I thought we've get Jack a try. (We are Burgerking Fans) Food was freshly made, and the fries were near perfect . If I could give negative stars I would. They rushed us ordering then made us wait and back up for their timer. They served nasty food and cold coffee. When we asked for hot coffee they refused. Wouldn’t even microwave some. When I asked to speak with the manager they lied and said he didn’t speak English. Worst customer service ever. These people should be fired. I love Jack in the Box but this one, is a big NO. (Nellis and Bonanza) It is a very small place, food is good and service too, the big problem here ... temperature was 96° and their a/c was off, they just had the ceiling fan working, place was packed and...did I mention it's small??? We were sweating, how do you suppose to enjoy your food like that? We could understand if the air just broke that day, but we were told that's a regular situation there, as if they didn't make enough money. I still love Jack in the Box, but I don't recommend this one. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and i had to tell the girl 3 times what i wanted and she rung it up as plain. I didn't want plain i wanted all the condiments. I just ordered a number 4 large with regular fries and a Dr Pepper and 6 tacos 4 regular 2 with no hot sauce and extra lettuce, and all 6 of the tacos are extremely old and cold. And then they gave me 2 tacos. With just meat on it when it should have lettuce hot sauce and cheese. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
