I couldn't understand the person taking my order. They finished taking the order before I was done ordering. Out of almost every soda except sprite apparently. They forgot items in the order. When I went back to get the items, I needed a receipt they didn't even give me. Eventually got the item but it was made wrong. I feel like wasted time and money. Going here is a gamble. Old ultimate cheeseburger on a stale bun, weird textured chicken club also on a stale bun, overcooked bits of onion rings, overcooked stuffed jalapenos with barely warm cheese inside, no ice in soda that was flat after waiting for fresh food and $30. If I could give zero stars for this location I would. I ordered a simple 2 spicy chickens and 2 drinks. The drive thru and lobby was completely empty of customers. the lady at the speaker sighed every time I added another item on my order. then I pull up to the window and see the staff and what I'm assuming their friends jumping around and playing in the lobby. I was then asked to pull forward with an empty lobby and drive thru. I then waited for my food watching these employees and "friends" playing in the lobby while we sit waiting for food. This location has terribly rude staff and even worse management for allowing this to go on. this location needs to be completely retrained on customer service and frankly just how to do their job. Not 1 person was in line didn't even get to order last night waited for a long time just to get someone on the intercom just to ask me "what you want" I said how are you whats going on they said what you want again I replied nothing if thats how your going to fn respond and got into it with them about being disrespectful you have to be kidding this is the type of people working for you. I actually just filled a police report on the team of this store. The kids working were horsing around so much we never got our food and they refused to give our money back. They literally stole our money. Added to respond to owner... I have done this. Nothing has changed. Someone from the store called me the following business day and she explained she doesn't have the power alone to make this right. This generic response is not enough to make you look like you're doing something about this issue. Though don't expect quality service anymore, I do expect the company to fix what is clearly wrong. The assistant manager has explained this is not the first complaint received on this employee. If it mattered, you would fix it.

I’m not sure what is going on with this establishment, we waited at the speaker for several minutes. Next we drove up to the window and no one was there we waited a few minutes and someone came up to the window no headset. She proceeded to take our order and she seemed like no care was taken. Next after the order was taken, all of the employees looked like teenagers including the manager was running around the store play and acting childish. We started to get upset after seeing them running around like that, so we tried to get someone’s attention to get a refund. Someone finally came to the window and we asked for the manager. I informed her that we would like a refund because of the in professional behavior and unacceptable service. She acted dumbfounded about what we witnessed , we decided to leave without a refund and take matters to corporate.

Probably one of the most nasty fast food I've ever had in America as I'm from abroad. It was so dirty in the kitchen. Not nice!
