I had ordered 1 egg roll and sweet and sour sauce. I also asked for the mozzarella sticks with marinara. I got the sauce but nothing else, I called them twice and left 2 messages and no call back this is not the first time missing items. The tacos were not fresh. Came through there and ordered 4 tacos with extra lettuce and extra sauce. When I got home they didn’t have anything on them as of they just took them out the fryer and bagged them up. Can’t even get anyone on the phone to discuss this matter. Prob won’t be back to this location

I love going to this jack in the box as it convenient for me. Except the other morning my hashbrown was cold and you could tell my breakfast sandwich was heated up in a microwave and it was only 9:45 or earlier. Sometimes they don't have ice cream late at night and it makes me mad. I love the oreo cookie shake. I don't know if they shut down the machine for cleaning or if they are just out of product. It wasn't being run like it should have been, tables dirty, had to remind the worker that we had not got our meal yet... it had been setting on the ready shelf so that it was room temperature by the time she got here meal, before a 12 hour shift... didn't feel like they wanted our patronage ? It's a 50/50 chance you'll get all the food from your order. We end up missing things 50% of the time. Also about half the time the tacos seem like they've been 2 times in the fryer because they are sopping greasy and black. The food was good for fast food, service was quick and the woman was very respectful and kind. Restaurant was a little messy but not bad at all. Overall, I would recommend this Restaurant.
