4 stars down to 1. Ordered the cluck chicken sandwich barely any sauce. The picture on the display shows sauce drizzling off of the chicken. I had to check for sauce and the small amount that was put on was soaked into the center of the bun…. Not even the entire bun. See pictures. The spicy rooster fries were super good! I was starving and needed something quick. There was no line, food was hot. The only reason I took one star away was because the fountain soda coke didn’t taste right. They never answer the phone. That’s extremely frustrating when you have questions about an order you PAID for. Why not answer the phone or why do they keep hanging up? It’s weird and unprofessional. Service: 1

Slowest service ever! Sat at in the drive through for 20 minutes. Was told to wait a second at the order menu. Ended up being 5 minutes. I'm not exaggerating at all. Food came out looking like it was made by a person with eyes in the back of their head. Terrible service. I see the owner asked me to explain our experience on their website, but you can see it right here. We won't be going there again. It's not the first time they've been slow. I was in the drive thru for 30+ minutes for a drink. And when I got to the window I waited another 5 minutes. It seemed like the guy at the window was also making the food. I assume it’s always this understaffed. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Atmosphere: 2

Was told the milkshake machine wasn't working and then the cashier shorted me $5 update since when does it cost nearly $10 for small fries and a small soda? I know prices have gone up everywhere but I am a little taken back by the cost for this Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To be completely honest typically it's great and my go-to. I have one closer to home but prefer to drive further. First I didn't realize that some of the specials so it took me a bit longer. Then when I decided. I unfortunately didn't carry any card on me. They couldn't break it. Which I understand. But the tone of the employee was not very kind. I kept apologizing. But never once did he. Just not the usual kind people that I usually interact with. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I found out today that Google has the wrong hours. I went late at night, and while I wasn’t able to get any food because they were closed, I really can’t complain. They had already been closed for more than a half an hour, and the staff member that was there to finish cleanup was quick to come onto the speaker box and let me know that they were closed and even offered suggestions of where else I could go nearby (with directions!) to get a meal at this time of night. I have never in my life had someone do that after hours at any fast food restaurant. Absolute top tier Service. I’ll be back when they’re open Service: 5

They constantly forget to put things in the bad (fries, hashbrowns, dessert cakes, ect.) They put so much in one bag it was ridiculous and I couldn't even make sure everything was in there, unless I dumped it all out. Needless to say, they forgot the hashbrown. Plus they made the saddest, smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Jack in the box itself. I'll drive to the Woodinville location before going back to the bothell/canyon park one again. Ps. The crew on 08/09/2023 gave me office hours and said that they were unavailable to serve through the drive-thru.
