Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken was hard as a rock! Called and spoke to Tracy and she swore she made everything fresh, im sure she would complain if she ever received food that disgusting. Also my Stuffed Jalapeños were definitely not stuffed! No jalapeno or cheese. Was told to bring my receipt so they can replace my food but they did NOT put my receipt in the bag! Why anybody would give this place more than a star is beyond me. I get it, most of these people working here are mouth breathers. And I can get over that. But when you can't count past the number two. You shouldn't be higher anywhere You should be locked up. When you're tired and get off work and the only place is open is Jack in the crack, you at least expect somebody to be able to count pass the number to. You order for tacos you get two. No sauces nothing going on upstairs really starts to irritate me. I don't normally complain but now I'm starting to understand why Karen's flip out. We literally got half of the order tonight. And now we're rationing. I'm not saying that you have to be an astronaut to fulfill a stupid taco order. But oh my God. How smart do you actually have to be? Screw these guys. S.....L......o.....W service. No, just no! Poorly ran location since it opened. It's Jack in the box.you can't expect much. BUT... If the food sucks, at least offer good service within reasonable time. Also they didn't offer several items on the menu. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I would like to eat here more often but they have no idea how to replace the batteries in their smoke detectors so they beep every minute or so constantly. Explaining what the sound is comes with blank stares. Service Dine in

We came here to enjoy some of our favorites from the Jack in The Box menu. However, we never got the chance to order because the person behind the counter started working on something, not customer facing. We waited for several minutes and never had our order taken. Dining room doors close at 7? Every single time I’m at this Jack in the Box I have to wait just about 30 minutes to get my food. They need a way of running this place asap. There’s no reason for this.. it’s so annoying. Let me also add that at least one of my food items is cold lol. Like no joke.. Brought my son to urgent care and left there at 00:40. On the way home went by Jack in the Box and saw a lit sign that said Open 24 hours. So I pulled in to drive through to be told that they close at midnight on Monday and Tuesdays. Why is the sign lit up saying OPEN 24 HOURS????

The kind young lady at the window seemed to be having some sort of issues, very reluctant to reach out for my credit card, looking out of the window, which made me nervous. On 11/01/2023, I visited this Jack in the Box location at approximately 3:15pm. I ordered a Buttery Jack combo with medium curly fries and a Coke Zero. After waiting several minutes in the drive-thru I was greeted at the window for payment. The man at the window was very sick and wearing a face mask. Although he wore a face mask it offered minimal protection against germs as he constantly swiped his runny nose all while preparing and bagging my order. As far as I’m concerned everything behind the counter is/was contaminated. I never once witnessed him wash or sanitize his hands while handling food. The restaurant seemed extremely short staffed and incapable of meeting the demand for quality food resulting in poor overall service. After receiving my order I made sure all items were present before leaving the drive-thru. Once I arrived to my destination which was UTMB (directly across the freeway), I noticed my entire order was old and not fresh. I attempted to call the restaurant waiting several minutes but no one to answer the phone. After waiting another 5-10 minutes I decided to call again and no one answered. I am entirely displeased with the overall service and lack of customer support as it pertains to my order. I feel as if I were robbed of my hard earned money without regard for me, the customer. During a time such as now where inflation and the price of food is higher than normal has especially worsened my experience at this establishment. I do NOT recommend anyone who cares about quality food service to spend their money at this particular Jack in the Box. Again, 1/10 experience and I do NOT recommend. 2 stars for quick service. However, that was the only thing that was good. Paid $32 for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo, a clucker combo, and a kids 4 piece nugget combo. Cheeseburger was cold, and flavorless. Clucker, as seen in the menu photos, should have lots of the sauce, and a bunch of pickles. What I received was a tiny dollop of sauce on both sides, and 2 butt end pickles. The chicken itself had zero flavor, and was fried so much that it had the consistency of chewing a hockey puck.
