I went to jack in the box at 10:30 the food took quite a bit to reach out of the drive thru and getting home i cant swallow the fries. They smell weird and seems like im eating plastic. Please revise and analyze whats being done. I don’t usually have this problem in this place but this is not a good sign. Plus all of the reviews posted recently. If you go to Jack In The Box, I recommend the drive through. I ordered my food and it took them 15 minutes to make a sour dough jack and a medium curly fry. The employees didn't bother to say anything to me while I was waiting about sorry it will just be a little bit longer or I'm sorry for your wait. When I did finally get my food the guy apologized for my wait. I love the food but next time I come I might go through the drive through. While I waited for my food three other people came in and didn't get to place their order until after I got my food. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Code violation. 1/9/24.witnesses may have seen 3 male employees go in and out working on their car then coming inside handling food without washing their hands . Corner of tx Ave and Villa Maria in full view . I made my order then after I saw a young guy handling the food I emidiatley got my refund ASAP.im sure the front engine oil would of tasted bad on my order.. go figure Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My son enjoyed his lovely delicious Jack in the Box snack of deep-fried taco deliciousness topped off with a cold refreshing beverage from their new Coca-Cola machines. What a great deal that he received for tacos for under $5 which we made hot and fresh to order. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly with the manager offering new menu items suggestions and even explaining a recent increase in the price of the tacos. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a quick snack or meal on the go.

Bad place. Ordered a stacked bagel sandwich, and curly fries. Fries were stone cold, and bagel was black (horribly burned). Probably better to not waste your time with this place, and go elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food from Jack in the box is so bad, but my husband is hooked on yalls curly fries. It loke the only rhjnf worth going for. Yalls burgers are so greasey, and yall are really super heavy on the sauses ,which there is always so much of on everything, for yall flavors so everything taste of cheese grease and mayo. Yalls soda are always lacking in one thing or the other they are either flat or lacking in syurp and taste of soda water. For the most part, yalls in side service take forever, and they are always distracted with drive-thru. It's annoying. But up until my last visit, i hadn't realized that there were only 3 ppl working in the store, at least this time, i wish i had caught this girls name cuz she was rocking it,there were 2ppl cooming and this poor girl was runnjng drive thru and inside alone, she was bagging and taking orders alone, i wanted to get behind the counter and help her ive been there and it sucks, i hated the company for letting that happen i was mad for her. Yall location is normally gross yalls tanles i side are sticky soda area is a mess but ot looks like yalls main focus is drive thru so it doesn't surpise me. If you order for a DoorDash you will absolutely never get any of the condiments that you're supposed to and it's a 50/50 if you're going to get all the food that you ordered or random other food that you didn't order. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We went tru the drive tru it took almost 20 mins and then 10 mins to take my order and I order 6 tacos and 10 mins waiting on the window and one of the tacos were bitten! This unacceptable!! This was at 3am!

highly disappointed on there app, Jack in The box app I don't know if it was our phones or their app I've been charged for it it hasn't even put on the screen I had to pay another 23 something to order the $20 Burger , hopefully we get the 23 that we already been charged for ,. But it's Sunday it's about 6:05 I guess they're overworked well it's obvious they were overworked because it was supposed to be two medium curly fries only received one a small curly fries put in a medium boxI worked at before sorry know the game I'm probably going to try to get a job so Victor holler at me you people need help there I'm just trying to contribute. but other than that the 20 dollar Burger bundle is a good deal if you can get all your food that comes with.
