Beautiful location. Terribly slow service for absolutely no reason. It’s one thing to wait 15 min. With only 2 cars but the fact my food was cold actually nerved me. 😂 look I get it it’s not all that serious but you gotta think the manager at least cares enough to make sure 1.food is fresh 2. Get the cars out. Then do whatever it is you call “working” harsh but it’s the darn truth I see too much of this service here in the valley. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We had a road trip and pulled off. The woman taking our order, Miss Jill, was so professional and thorough at the drive through. She got our order correct and was super pleasant and on the ball. She should be Corporate!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

To start off I waited at the counter today for 13 minutes. Not one employee asked me if I could be helped and the only way I got help was asking my self. Then the lady at the counter was rude to me. Telling me.....can't you see we are busy. It's not my fault I'm the one in the dinning room and your just trying to take care of the driver-thur. When I got my food the lady tossed it on the counter and said here you go and walked away. Some customers service, this place has. Nice dining area with a fire place. Hard working folks there!!! Front line customer service just need to smile. As to resolving any issues, like exchanging your fries for a fresher one, no problem. The folks inside were hustling! Food customizations were met. I mentioned I ordered the wrong fries for my son and they gave me the right ones as an extra side for free (because I had to wait a few for my order, but it was nothing outrageous). Afternoon Heroes at Jack in the Box! Stopped by Jack in the Box in the afternoon and gotta give props to the team! They were hustling hard but kept the vibe chill and friendly. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box ever. This is the dirtiest Jack in the Box I have ever seen. Poor service, lack of professionalism, the employees just do not care about the image of this restaurant. The dining room is so dirty, I'm afraid the kitchen was too. The Manager asked an employee to clean the lobby and they were ignored. There were no clean tables, we had to wipe one down ourselves. The sauce station had spilled and dried sauce that must've been there for hours. The counter was dirty and sticky. There were no napkins in the holder and soda had been spilt on the counter and not cleaned up. There were areas in the dining room that have not been cleaned for ages. The dining room was slow, there was no excuse for it not to be clean other than poor attitude, and poor management. There are so many options to eat in this area, Jack in the Box needs to work alot harder to get my business back.

Staff is nice food is good like always. Great deals, excellent staff service, great communication. Young man at the front outstanding customer service freindly smiles knows the menu what goes with what very good operating staff !
