The dude with the black nails and blonde long hair was rude! And snappy told me to pull up to the front for fresh fried but they weren’t even fresh or done!!!!! And neither was the tenders! Zero stars smh Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

THIS IS THE LOCATION TO COME TO!!!!! Always hot.. freshly prepared food. This location is the cleanest inside and out. I was waited on by Ally today but everyday the staff is courteous, helpful, funny, upbeat and always clean. I go out of my way to come to this location... By far the best in Baytown and surrounding area!!! Btw, this is what a chicken pita is suppose to look like to my followers..

This Jack in the box is horrible I order tacos and they gave me tacos with extra extra hot sauce as soon as I pick up the tacos the bag ripped. They always get the orders wrong. They keep you waiting so they can the order wrong.

Not busy but yet every table was still dirty. Cashier was sweeping behind counter and then went to help box a side dish for drive thru but did NOT wash her hands! We haven't stopped at a Jack in the Box in 2 years & it will definitely be that long again.

Have been going to this Jack in the Box location for at least 20 years. The food and the experience pretty much depend on the time of day and the crew on duty. Because of its physical location and it's awkward layout, this is a very difficult Jack in the Box for any crew. Have been trying for years to get through to the owners and to Jack In The Box corporate to offer some suggestions on what really needs to be done for the layout at this location. With some changes to the layout, it could be turned into a flagship location and much easier for any crew to run. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.

Cashier wasn't friendly. Had to pull up to the window so she could understand my husband and when we pulled up she still couldn't so I spoke and she still couldn't and I'm american. Wasn't friendly and didn't say thank you. We were leaving to come back home and I won't stop there again. Gave a two because the food was good 😊.

at 1:45 we ordered our food, well half of it before the woman at the window allowed us to order the rest. giving attitude the whole time then a guy comes around the corner and said dont mind her shes on medication. solid disappointment

Was headed to this location to get a spicy chicken sandwich, I work nights so morning is dinner for me I called ahead cause it usually takes them 5-10 minutes to cook the chicken. When I called I let the lady know I’ll be coming through the drive thru in 5 minutes could you drop the chicken for me and she stated rudely, “we don’t take orders over the phone.” I called the one on main st and they were happy I called ahead.

If I could give 0, i would. Service was terrible. Went to the drive through and ordered a $6 box meal. They would take the order of EVERY PERSON AT THE DRIVE THROUGH and then have them drive around to wait. The cars in the parking lot were basically just people from the drive through. When I went through, paid my meal, the girl handed me my drink and the drink was overflowing and the cup was dripping with soda. Asked several times for napkins. Won't be going to that location again (I10 at Garth)
