7:30PM on a Friday night, at least 4-5 people inside at the counter, all the lights on. Pull up to the drive thru window. Sorry, we are closed for the evening. All the 1 star reviews can't be wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How are you even still open or in business ? Worst location ever. Never open. Manager woman is nasty and rude. We pulled up at 8 pm tonight 2-23-2024 and the woman said we’re actually closed. Closed at 8 on a Friday night !!! Are you kidding me? I would understand if there was a legitimate reason but they literally shut off the lights at 8. Your posted hours are til 10 pm on fri and 12 am on sat and sun . Today was not a holiday either. And this happens quite often. Especially since they were still serving the people outside in the front lot but couldn’t help anyone in the drive through why even let us sit there for 4 mins before saying anything Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The WORST Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. Gone multiple times as it’s the closest to my house. Had 15 min+ waits in the drive through when I am the only customer ordering 4 tacos. Had them tell me to wait out front multiple times and then they forgot about me. I walk in 10 minutes later and my food is sitting out and cold. Terrible management. Will NEVER go to this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Location never has tacos! Always missing something here. I'm surprised they actually had Jumbo Jacks. Went through the drive through and they had us park in the front and wait 15 minutes for 5 combos. Had the restaurant locked for their family to eat inside. Place is wild. Got home with food. Buns burt and burgers missing condiments. I'm surprised this place is still open. Hope the family inside got the food they ordered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't go to this location. Lazy people, no one here needs or wants their job nor do they want to take your order or listen. I asked for a simple order on their menu, no extras, no special requests... They got it wrong. The dining area is disgusting and filthy. See photos.. We asked for nothing special, it's fast food, with a bunch of people in the back thinking they're clubbing and not at work.

We visited this afternoon and it was very, very strange. The wait for our food seemed quite long, and we decided to eat outside on the patio since the weather was nice in the shade. As we were waiting for our food a delivery truck drove up and more or less blocked us in, but we hadn't gotten the food yet so no big deal--we thought. The door to the patio was the exit (apparently the whole place was one way?) and we saw that we couldn't go back in that way. That was fine, but when we tried to go back in the front entrance for some dipping sauce for our fries and a drink refill, it was locked! We waited a bit more and ate our fries (minus any kind of ketchup, etc.) and tried to go in to wash our hands after eating as well as throw away our trash since the outside trash was very full. Nope, the building was still locked. This was at 1:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday! I took a picture of the sign (next to the "exit" door from the restaurant to the patio area) showing the posted hours. We finally ended up making a 10-point turn to back out (and go the wrong way) in order to leave the parking lot since the delivery truck was 5' from the back of our vehicle and blocked us leaving any other way. (Picture for proof.) It was hands down the most bizarre fast food experience we've ever had, and while the food was fine, the rest of the experience was not. We won't be returning.

The laziest, most unprofessional staff, at any location I’ve ever been to. Very rude, very uncaring. They refuse to turn on online ordering, because “it makes things harder for them”, and on three separate occasions, I’ve had eggshells in my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid like the plague. Bunch of minimum wage dummies who can't read simple orders and instructions, get your food somewhere else and save your money! Unless of course you like supporting bottom of the barrel employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
