Went thru the drive thru, and getting back home found that a item was missing. The receipt was printed with faded ink, unable read the phone number. I was about 40 miles away and I didn't come back 3 days later when I had business in that area again. Brought my receipt and was treated very badly, the manager told me I waited too long to get the item that wasn't in the bag but was paid for. I explained where I live offering to show my drivers license and was ignored 15 minutes until the manager told me I waited to late for me to get what I paid for. I became very upset and asked for the managers name and was completely ignored as they were speaking Spanish to each other. I told them as I walked out that I would definitely inform the corporate office of the of how RUDELY they treated me. I went to Jack in the box tonight. It took forever in the drive thru. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the jumbo Jack I ordered and a Dr pepper when I ordered a diet coke. Very unsatisfied. Food: 1
