I recently visited Copper Penny Saloon and Grill in Sun City and I'm glad I did! The atmosphere was great, with live music and karaoke on select days. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the drinks were delicious. The food was also great - I had the hummus which was freshly made and very tasty. The chicken tenders were salty but still really good. The nightly specials related to food and fare were great too. The wait staff was attentive, even though they were busy. The dance floor was hopping with lots of people enjoying the music. I would definitely recommend Copper Penny Saloon and Grill for a night out!

Wow! Thursday open mic night sure highlights a lot of talent. I really enjoyed "Pocket Inc" This band was tight, they had the dance floor full with "Billy Jean." The harmonies were superb! I'll definitely check out "Pocket Inc" the next time I go out.

We came on the night of the super bowl and we were told it was not as packed as usual. We watch the last half of the game, danced. Other patrons were friendly and like-minded. We met a few people and the country night's band was fun. We enjoyed the food that they ordered and we had a nice time. We will be back as the dancing atmosphere was quite enjoyable.

The Copper Penny Tavern is wonderful. Their homemade dressings were phenomenal. The BLT was delicious and had an avocado and horseradish mayo that was delicious. Their sampler platter of cheese curds, onion rings, fried mushrooms, and fried zucchini were huge and could be eaten on its own as a meal. I look forward to the next time I visit. The service was quick and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and hope to attend one of their bands that play in the evenings.

Copper Penny is a favorite. The food is great. We go once or twice a week for lunch. The owners and staff are so nice. We've been only a couple times in the evening for the live music entertainment. It really turns into a hopping place...great for dancing, people watching. I much prefer the quieter lunch time between 11 am and about 1:30pm. The Cobb salad, burgers, Philly cheese steak and quesadilla are favorites but everything has been delicious we've tried.

Is it really fun club for people of certain age to dance to have food to drink with friends. They do karaoke a few times a week. It is just a really fun time. The people are great the staff is wonderful the beer is cold and they also have live bands. 💜💜💜💜

Our friends took us for an adventure back in time. People were all nice, place had a big dance floor and the musical group placed music from the 70-80's. The bartender was awesome. Loved being with our friends at an establishment we felt safe at.

Love this place! Food is good, huge dance floor, owner is so personable and sweet and their servers (especially Melody are such hard workers)! This place never disappoints for a good time! (especially when Antares AZ plays)!

This is a great place. Thursday night is really kool if your in your 50's and older. Never had I thought I'd be in a bar with a live band and everyone is at retirement age. Bar is well staffed and food menu is great also.
