11/15/2023 1st time here. Wanted a Philly steak & I got wings too. I ordered hit honey wings & only got hot wings... Food was ok average. Nothing spectacular, but not nasty... Atmosphere good, service good. This WAS my favorite place. But not anymore. I called 25 min ahead, come in the store. It takes ten min more before I go up and say I've been waiting a while for my order to be called. The young lady says sparkly "well did you come up and tell us you were here"? With an attitude. You could have said that nicer. I pay, and still as of now I am waiting another 20+ min AFTER paying... what was the point of calling in?! They don't start until you pay?! I'm beyond frustrated, and got zero apologies from the Counter girl or anyone else. Just more attitude. The chicken is amazing though, and the owner is nice. I hope she makes changes because this isn't the place I remember. Kindness and not wasting customers time goes along way. Still don't have my food Update: Now the worker lady is basically snickering at my misfortune at this point, as I came up when the next order was up, and it still wasn't mine. It was a ladies that came in 20 min after me. Wuuuuut. Awful customer service . Not really tripping on the price. But I do expect the food to at lease be decent. Wings were way undercooked { 30 piece } fries was a super mess. Customer service was nice. And location is nice. Can’t lie I was excited until I took a bite. Horrible 🤮 ordered a 10 piece honey hot and couldn’t finish it. I definitely should’ve went else where. Never going back.

I had hair inside my FRIES AND WINGS as soon as I bit into it. Had to drive back to the place and tell them AND SHOW them the Hair. The cook and was investigating the hair as if it could of came from me. After I got a new plate I didnt enjoy it. I opened up each wing and fry on the inside making sure there was no long strands of hair. The best place for Wings/burgers & plenty more!!! Fantastic food!! They even have the best Fried rice in my family's opinion!! A really fun staff that greets you when you walk in for service! The food is priced perfectly for you & your family's budget!! The food is also prepared fast!! Call in orders are fantastic aswell! I would highly recommend J buffalo wings!! You can thank me later!!! Lol lol check it out for yourselves!! & my God bless!!!! Update!! This place is under new management/ownership so when I rated this place & gave it 5 stars!! I was definitely under the impression of the old management. So I will withhold my rating until further notice....As far as I know this place could still be really good! The wings was great. I enjoyed my meal as we had a 30 minute lunch break. I felt pretty good after eating it. Meaning I didn't feel overstuffed or heavy.

Food is alright but the girl in the front attitude is unnecessary also your friends shouldn’t be at the window talking to you while customers are waiting in line. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
