Food great. Please hire staff that can put orders together correctly! Why is it so hard to put orders together correctly? Why missing a whole entree every time or almost every time? We had the 5 Piece Fish 'N Chips Original recipe since 1938! Alaska true cod served with French fries. Loved the fish, the fries had be cooked a little more until golden. Also had the Clams & Chips. Amazing clam flavor and perfect texture. Highly recommend these. The slaw was just so so. I would go back for the fish and clams. We did get them to go. So I am sure they steam on the way home. The staff was great and accommodating and patient for a first timer. Very clean establishment. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Stopped in to get some seafood. We all got a little something different and everyone was happy. The clam chowder was super tasty. The jumbo prawns and chips hit the spot. The fries weren't anything special, butthe seafood was good. Served hot and quickly

We came in for lunch today and received the smallest pieces of fish I have ever gotten from an Ivars. This isn’t the first time we have gotten small pieces before but they always supplemented it with more. Today the woman refused. We will not be back to this location again. Our whole family enjoys Ivars food but the service here is unacceptable. On our way out my husband asked to speak to the manager. The woman said she offered me more but fish but that’s not true she refused. So on top of crummy service, I was called a liar as well. I will be contacting corporate offices and we will never be back.

Food was ready quickly and tasted great. Fries could've been a tad fresher, but they were decent. Fish was great as always, as was the chowder. Sometimes the cajun is a little more or a little less spicy than average. This visit was a little less, which was slightly disappointing on a personal level, but didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Hard to go wrong with Ivar's, thank you as always! First visit to a Ivar's, the service was great. The restaurant was clean and I was pleasantly surprised with the oysters. The food and service we received definitely excided what I was expecting. I come here every time I come to town, this time though was different. The fish pieces were smaller than my thumb. They have taken what used to be 1 piece of fish and cut it into three for each piece they sell now. Completely shady and misleading. No wonder it's for sale Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
