I hate to write this review because I used to love this place so much but I haven't visited it in a really long time and unfortunately they have gone downhill. I got a small pizza and it wasn't cooked on the bottom still doughy yet the cheese and sauce were overcooked. The sprite I got had a weird taste. Anyway just sad cause I drove from Harrisburg to meet up with an old friend and she was also disappointed with her cheeseburger sub. It was very small with little meat or cheese or toppings on it. Not sure what this is but it's definitely not a cheesesteak. It tastes like that log of frozen chopped chuck beef you can get from Walmart or Pricerite. I've never had a wet, chopped meat steak with the cheese melted on top before and I definitely don't want it again. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The last 3 times I've ordered from here, everything is horrible. 3rd time ago it took 2 1/2 hrs to get my food delivered, was undercooked and cold. Called to complain, blew me off, oops sorry. I paid $40 for that order, 2nd last time driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment, after I specifically stated where door is! Come to the rear 3 times when ordering. They didn't care I prepaid DO NOT EVER DO THAT, DROPPED FOOD AND LEFT IT THERE, THE ONLY REASON I KNEW IS BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING TO CAR TO GET WALLET. This last is they didn't have change for a $50, never said they don't carry that change, but got rude when I called in, and yelled at me, insulted me, and proceeded to hang up. Prices do not match menus, employees rude and disrespectful, horrible hygiene. Food undercooked and overpriced. Place took a drastic turn for the worse since son took over. They add on 20% charges for tips when using debit card without informing you, every time i have been there they charge 20% on your debit card even for take out beer for a tip. Call to question they say it will be back on that night. Takes over 3 days. Went there tonight had a $10 got change back for a $5, owner was rude in front of other customers. Let's see how honest he is. Yes he did give me the extra $5 but was very very disrespectful in front of all the customers. Was your drawer even tonight? I even found the lady in front of me who gave him the $5 he never put in the drawer and he was still very rude and disrespectful. And never admitted it, i used to go there a couple times a week, NEVER AGAIN. If i could give a 0 i would. So maybe during peak time tonight I'll show up it front and warn customers of their practices and refer them to a good establishment! Very disappointing! The food overall was mediocre to bad. The bread and garlic knots were dry and bland, the salad was flavorless white lettuce with a few tomatoes and onion slices. The worst part was the carbonara pasta, which was dry scrambled eggs with an oily grease but no creamy sauce like it’s supposed to have. Way over priced for a terrible meal! They also messed up the order and forgot bread for the other pasta dinners. My memories of this place must be skewed or they’re gone drastically downhill. I will not eat here again!

Fresh Italian bread for every sandwich. Made daily. No one makes a sandwich better than an Italian who knows how to make good bread. And the bread makes the sandwich. I've had other meals there but I honestly love their bread so much that even if my dish was to to come without it. I would order some bread to go with the meal. Amazing food, great atmosphere, courteous people, fast service; and just an all-around amazing atmosphere.
