Once the promenade around the Moss Arts Center is over, visit Insomnia Cookies. Most guests recommend trying tasty biscuits, chocolate custard and mint chocolate. Taste great chocolate frappe, it's a must while visiting this confectionary restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Insomnia Cookies. Courteous employees work hard, stay positive and make this place great. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

these cookies are the best especially if they are sent to you without notice. its like a nice surprise sweet treat i love having it. the cookies are always so great and they come so fast. the workers are also great and they have ice cream in the store if you want ice cream sandwiches Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can't say enough about this place! The cookies are fresh and just to die for! The salted caramel probably my favorite cookie on the entire planet! It is chewy and packed with carmel chunks. Every cookie I have tried has been top notch and that included the peanut butter cookie I had today that my husband ordered and I don't even like peanut butter! Today they were out of a few options due to a delayed shipment but these guys are great and the staff were so friendly we were still able to satisfy our sweet tooth! There is parking behind the restaurant with steps to get down to the location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS. Don't expect what you actually ordered to be delivered. And don't expect them to make it right for you. I never actually received the FULL quart of ice cream that I wanted after I was delivered four sad scoops of ice cream in the bottom of a quart sized container. They merely refunded me after a whole lot of back and forth and snippy attitude from the employee, who refused to let me speak with a manager and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I emailed the third party customer service and they sent me a link for "three free cookies" for my frustration. However, the fine print requires a minimum online order of $6 and has to be delivered, so plus taxes, delivery charge and tip would be another $10 order for my "free cookies"... but what they don't understand is that I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM INSOMNIA EVER AGAIN. I've heard Campus Cookies is better. I'll be giving them a try.

The cookies are warm and delicious. It is located on the main street. I didn't like that the parking was across a busy street or upstairs by having to go through a building down the stairs, out the door to get to its location. The snickerdoddle and the double chocalate mint would be somethings that I woild purchase again. The staff was welcoming and efficient.

Tried this place for the 1st time!! DISAPPOINTED big time! Nothing special cookies with gourmet prices! Plus the staff OVERCHARGED me for caramel sauce on a Brownie, $6 for Caramel drizzle!?!? Seriously!?!? And the girl who rang me up didn't even finish the order, she was in a hurry to clock out and get out of there! $30 for 6 tiny regular cookies and 2 Brownies? RIP OFF!!
