I’ve gone to this insomnia a couple times and have never had an issue with my experience. I recently went and received the worst customer service ever. There was an employee who I believe may be the manager who was excessively rude and condescending. He was also so rude to the point where the customers in line before me walked away in shock of his discourtesy. The cookies we bought were extremely hard and tasted stale. I’ve had such good experiences before, that I was so surprised of the poor customer service. I would recommend if this situation wouldn’t have occurred! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was gifted a delivery of cookies which were dropped off without contacting me. When I got home the order was gone so I assume one of my neighbors scored a big order of cookies after seeing them unattended. Obviously this was upsetting and I contacted the store to ask them to replace the order since they did not contact me/confirm that they could drop it off. They did replace the order and I had a good array of tasty cookies. Delivery was quick too. I am grateful the staff were understanding of the situation and willing to help.

Me and my roommates went there and got a box and the lady who was working said "we actually don't have change I'm just going to give you $5 and hope it's fine" she shorted us $4 and didn't give us the option to use card or anything. Super bummed, my friend and I ordered two cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies were basically frozen and not edible as they were to hard to bite into. Idk if the lady forgot to put the cookies in the oven or what but needless to say we didn’t get to eat them at all. Had they been like 8$ total I wouldn’t have cared that they weren’t edible but I paid nearly almost 20$ for it so it sucked that it went down the drain.
