What is all the fuss about? It’s a sad statement about the American palate if this food is held up as best quality. The inside of my burger’s bun was charred. The fries are the worst ever — you can taste the frozen and processed ingredients. Burgerville offers better quality meat and fried and other ingredients. Atmosphere and food was very good, but you have an associate named Stacy that went way above and beyond to even escort me in and out of the restroom. I’m in a power chair and would not be able to maneuver the bathroom door, she also helped me get wash & dry my hands, which is doable with a lot of effort. **Updating review, this place is still as good as ever! Super fast service and everyone is always so friendly. We have yet to have a bad experience** These burgers and fries are pretty darn good. I do reccomend getting a double double to make the meat equivalent to a regular burger. The patties are super thin. BUT it's pretty yummy. Above all, the customer service was superb! Both times we visited we were met with amazing friendly service. You don't see that much at fast food places. Also, their shakes are super yummy. It's a great place to go for a cheap eat! I really like this place. At In-N-Out Burger the food is great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice. I also like that they have Bible verses on the bottom of their cups. I would definitely stop by again and recommend anyone else to do the same.
