I bought drawing bento cake & korean garlic bread if I'm not mistaken, 2 weeks ago. The garlic bread tasted so good, but the portion size quite small, mouth sized bread😅 and not sure whether it's worth of the price compared to the market bcos I rarely buy it😁
I never ordered 4" cake before & was quite surprised with the size😂 but okay lah it was expected since it mentioned in the order. Taste wise, I would say the cake texture was quite dense, seems like it was baked way earlier & chilled. Still, it makes sense bcos of the prompt service provided. So, no complaint though. But the middle part of the cake was really good chocolate nutella if I'm not mistaken.
The cake design was superb as you guys could imitate the design as I wanted. The birthday girl & me liked it👍🏻
The staff who entertained me during cake pickup was also good. Pandai cross sell until I bought 3 bread for RM10😅 customer service👍🏻

I always ordered cakes from them! This is the fifth or sixth time already I think haha. Their cakes are beyond delicious. My friends also love their cakes! And they also follow custom designs very well.

Design lawa, customer service ok tapi to be honest, cake texture is too dense, keras, tak fluffy. Frosting is not appetizing. Macaron also got room for improvement. 4pax makan 6” 1.2kg for 4 days pun takleh habis. Sorry to say.. tastewise, I can’t recommend here as l’d go for secret recipe or mcd cakes

Been wanting to order cupcakes and cake from this place and finally I managed to place order for my birthday cake. Even tho I gave them the design I wanted, but to my surprise they managed to make it way better and it was so beautiful. not only tht, the cake was absolutely delicious. It was pretty dense and the buttercream was the highlight of all
I’d definitely place more orders from illybakes soon!!
