That's a good idea to order tasty omelettes. You can have nicely cooked crepes and good French toasts at this restaurant. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good cold coffee or good juice. A lot of people point out that the waitstaff is friendly here. But most clients who use Google didn't grant IHOP a high rating.

Wow!!! Where do I begin? Was visiting Maricopa Arizona on business, decided to do breakfast. I ordered turkey bacon, 2 blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, and large OJ. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD? The bacon was fried hard and had the texture and crunch as potato chips, and the pancakes were rubbery. Spoke my server(Jennifer) , who apologized and offered nothing else! After which she seemed unconcerned and gave me my bill for $24??? She also stated that she used to be a manager after I informed her that I’m currently a GM for Lettuce entertain you restaurants!/Enterprises! Hey IHop, who trained Jennifer? And what is the health codes on temperatures on foods , holding times? Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were sitting for about 20min before they came and asked for our drinks. The food took forever as well. We even saw one table walk out because they didn't get their food. After getting our food, we asked the waitress for silverware. She stopped by two more times asking how the food is. Both of those times, we had to ask again and again for the silverware. My chicken was burnt. My friend asked for no cheese on her salad but still got cheese. My wife asked for no pickles on her sandwich but still got that. Above all that, we could see most of the tables around us were just as annoyed with the service. One good thing, the fries were pretty good. WAY TO GO !!! Server; Krista Cook; Lionel; GM; Taylor Ybarra - from start to finish it was the best eating experience I have had anywhere since the onset of the Covid quarantine. I feel customer service in general at all businesses has taken a nose dive and struggling to get back to service they once offered. I and my companions left feeling, well received, appreciated and satisfied with our meal. The restaurant was very tidy and clean from the parking lot area to the bathrooms! The warm reception from our server was genuine and exceptional. The cook prepared all our meals to each individuals expectations with care. The manager is definitely a great team builder and leader as it all showed in the extension of those that worked for her location. Although this location is out of my way, I would definitely make a special stop as a treat to myself and family! Thanks for all that you ALL did to make this a wonderful, well spent time and money! I went to IHOP today on John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa. It was a great experience. Food was great. Courtney was a great Waitress. Very Nice, and was happy to see us. Everything came as we had expected, even with some changes in the order. Wow I’m so impressed with this IHOP! I wish I had gone here sooner!! The waiter was amazing and he took care of us well! The food was delicious. The place was super clean and neat. No one was really there. I love how nice it looks, unlike Denny’s in Maricopa… always looking bad. Now I know IHOP is better and I will keep coming here. I sometimes get takeout here too. The food quality is better than Denny’s. I can’t wait to go back! I definitely recommend them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Eventhough it seemed busy, we were able to be seated quickly. No silverware until asked, but everything was prompt and accurate. The food left something to be desired and reminded us why we dont frequent IHOP. The server was friendly and responsive. The restaurant was clean and well lit. My stop there was around 10pm. It wasn't busy and i was seated immediately. The dining area was cold. The waitress was polite and seated me right away. She took the drink order and not long after I had water and coffee. I placed my order. I ordered the World Famous Pancake Combo. It took no more than 5 to 10 minutes to receive my order. I was surprised. But, the egg and potato portion seem small in comparison to what I've had before. Although the portions seemed small, my food was properly cooked and seasoned. The young lady that was my waitress was very attentive and kept refills coming. I am not a big IHOP fan due to previous experiences, but today I received the most amazing service ever. I was seated immediately. I want to highlight what made my experience grand. I had a server by the name of, Aaron. This guy was running the whole dinning area, and I was amazed. He kept a smile the entire time, and I personally felt overwhelmed for him. He made everything look easy and maintained professionalism. He appears to have very good emotional regulation and didn't appear to stress easily. There were about 6 tables full and people kept coming and Aaron kept smiling and welcoming people in. This young man deserve all of the accolades coming his way! Great job.
