I wanted to specifically make a review to talk about our lovely waitress Esmeralda S. I asked for the big steak omelette but I wanted sausage instead of steak and she is just so nice and amazing. She made sure my food was correct (I even heard her correct the cook when it didn’t have the sausage). She was so nice not only to her crewmates but she was amazing to the customers as well.
Girl you are so nice, smart, and amazing. Go for whatever you want in life and your dreams because you definitely have what it takes! I wish you a good life and all the best!

After a long walk outside in the cold. I arrived at IHOP a little after 12 midnight & I ordered breakfast because I didn't have breakfast the previous morning so I made up for it & what was so delicious on the menu hit the spot.
World famous Blueberry pancakes with sausage links 2 over medium eggs & hashbrowns with coffee.

Worst experience ever these ppl sold me straps and would not give me a refund told that's how the new pot roast came and that gravey didn't come on cause it would be salty even though the menu states it comes with beef gravy I paid for this and wasn't able to get my refund I asked her would she eat this no I don't eat that me either I just want a refund would not issue me a refund look at this would you serve this in a restaurant to a paying customer

The place was empty except for one table that left shortly after we sat down. We were seated immediately. The server took about 10-15 minutes to greet us and get us our drinks.
After about another 5-10 minutes she finally took our orders. I tried to order the country fried steak, but I was told they didn't have any country fried steak, steak tips, or steak. I settled on an omelete. She asked what did I want as my side then named the sides. I told her I would take french toast. (She didn't mention anything about an upcharge for french toast, nor did she mention the kids drinks didn't come free with their meal). We ordered the kids cheeseburger and asked my daughter if she wanted bacon, of course she does. Then my wife asked if it was additional since the kids cheeseburger is free. She said yes, there's an additional fee, even though the burger was free.
My coffee was cold and the container was half-filled. I ran out after two cups. Our drinks sat empty for a while because she didn't check on us often. Then we asked for a plate for my daughter to put her eggs on so the yoke wouldn't spread to the rest of her plate. She gives us a to-go-box.
When I received the check I noticed two upcharges she never mentioned. A good server would let their customer know of any upcharge. We tipped 20% on the total bill and left.
We won't be returning here. I am surprised they haven't closed down. I may miss it when it does, but I won't miss the service.

Even though there were only a couple of servers who also worked the hostess stand, they handled the crowd very well. We waited a couple of minutes to be seated, and after that we were served very quickly. The servers there do a great job of managing the food flow. Our order came out quick and correct. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back.

Urinal was overflowing with some yellow stuff. Antonio however, was the best! I went in at 1am with 8 of my best buddies and he fixed us up real good if you know what I mean. Food was delicious. Had a great time.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. As my wife daughter brother and I walked in there was a man with a stick sitting in the lobby talking to himself stating he was going to hurt someone. We ignored it and continued into the second set of doors. A waiter was there to greet us and took us to our table right away. We told him about the gentleman in the lobby and he told his manager and the manager said to leave the guy alone and for us to ignore him... The waiter asked us what we would like to drink we ordered drinks as well as an appetizer. Our appetizer arrived to our table before our drinks. 30 minutes went by before the waiter came and asked if we were ready to order, we ordered. About 15 minutes later the waiter came back to our table and said I'm sorry I forgot your order and we had to reorder and he wrote it down the second time. We received our orders 30 minutes later and everything was burnt they cooked microwave bacon on a flat top until it was charcoal, the biscuits and gravy were cold and tasted like old chicken grease, the pancakes were dry and over cooked. The new Oreo waffle was on point. We asked for a manager and we're told the manager just go there and the cook that was cooking was the other manager. So they both came to our table about 10 minutes later. We stated everything that was wrong and the cook/manager said "well I noticed the bacon was hard due to whoever cooked it this morning" after he said that we asked why it's not cooked fresh made to order he refused to answer the question and they walked away from the table then one of the managers came back and said I took the waffle and one of the 2x2x2 off. I stated I wasn't looking for them to take it off but be aware of the food situation especially when we were the only 4 people ordering food.
All in all I will not go back to this establishment. I will go to another IHOP next time.
Also the windows have wood rot from water damage and I guess instead of fixing the issue they just painted over the rot so pieces of the wall are falling apart of you rub against it or hit it with the napkin holder.

It was crowded, but we were seated pretty quickly. First, the table was sticky, so it wasn't cleaned well. The paper menus were crumpled and pretty used. I thought the paper menus, were supposed to be disposable. The server took a little long to even come and get us. The food took a long time to come out and when it did, we had to keep reminding the server about things we ordered and did not receive (grits, side of sausage, etc). All of the food was lukewarm when it came out. We had to ask for additional coffee refills. Two glasses of water that we received at our table had floating particles in them. Look at your glasses before drinking. I receive an omelet with beef in it when I ordered the southwestern omelet that comes with chicken. The manager took a while to come over to address it, but when she did, she handled it. The server blamed the kitchen when it was her who took the wrong order. I received another omelet at no charge. Food or service was not great.
Very quiet. Only 3 families there at 8 p.m. That may have been a Godsend, since there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook working. The food was delicious and our waitress was kind and efficient.
