These people including the cooks need to be trained properly, when I ordered my eggs I warned the waitress if my OM eggs were slimey white they would go back they came out fried, I told the girl about it and wouldn’t you k ow they came out OL oozing with white slime. I unwrapped my silverware and my fork had egg on it, ( that tells me whoever wrapped it didn’t care.) I asked for Lemon for my tea they were all rotten. Disgusted and disappointed. I worked for IHOP and was in training for 3 weeks straight so I k ow this is not exceptable standards for IHOP !!! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

Gave this place a third chance giving benefit of doubt. Sorry I did. Not only did they take forever, the order was completely wrong and when our waitress tried to make things right.. the cook disagreed and made it known she didn't want to attempt another other. The place was empty so not sure why she thought it was to much to make again. Thee eggs Benedict were disgusting and overly cooked. They burned the waffle maker so no waffle.. compensated for pancakes which we have yet to get... Bad experience all around. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is the worst ihop in the USA !!! The major issue is lack of proper training !! Very few customers so they can’t say that it was busy as an excuse. I was seated quickly took my order somewhat timely,but I waited an hour and 15 min to watch 4 customers who came in behind me get their food . I only ordered a omelette,I believe they had to drive to Abilene to get eggs or something!! Never got my food . Located inside the TA Truck stop. Service can be Hit or Miss. Food Quality the same. Have had both Great and Horrible meals here. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the waitress. This is pretty pathetic rationing of advacdo for the price. The omelet was mainly under cooked hadhbrowns. We travel constantly eating at various ihops and this is a first. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Placed order online for pickup, estimated pickup time was 6:56pm and I was stuck waiting on the order for 30+ minutes past my pickup time. Staff working the takeout section didn’t seem to even care too much or try to help speed it up at all. Location wasn’t even busy, maybe 15% of the tables were actually in use. Only one server whom was very nice, but kept on taking too many breaks. The lady that cooks had to come wait on our table a couple of times. The food was good, except for the service. I had to search for someone when we needed something or when we wanted to pay. Coffee is burnt poached eggs are supposed to be runny not hard boiled. Mgr said welcome to ipop not ihop english muffin so tuff had to cut with a steak knife hollandaise sauce is broken and gritty. Took my plate to the manager she looked at me like I was stupid started talking badly about me when I gave her my plate to tell her how bad it was. When food is not edible the manager is supposed to handle that complaint. As a former General manager for several restaurants this is unacceptable. The wait was a little long and when we finally got seated we never got menus or drinks everyone was getting there menus and meals except us so we left and came to dennys way way better service

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Took forever to get food. Then forever to get anything else we needed. The manager whom I assume was also the cook, was rude to her staff catching an attitude. My mother finally got fed up and was like we have been waiting 20 mins to pay. The manager ignored her!! The staff even had to yell and tell her to quit cooking and to come out for her to swipe her card to remove 2 items off our bill that they did not even give us..
