Love this place because we can eat great food and a variety anytime day or night. Very good service, clean excellence food and choices. Great location. Highly recommend this location.

Went there after wife's medical procedure for breakfast and we were seated after 15 min of waiting with no acknowledgement by the staff we observed (5) other families enter and be seated and served immediately without hesitation only after my wife went to front to ask for Supervisor did we get served. I don't want to say it was racism or just poor customer service Do Better plain and simple

Every time I go here was barely anybody at the restaurant. Food is as expected for ihop and most of the employees are pretty decent. Had middle-aged gentlemen with tattoos all over his arms. Short hair and glasses yesterday as our server he was great! The happy hour $6 for dinner. Two people could eat for $25 with tip fantastic.

I came in for breakfast last Wednesday and my server Rosio was espectacular. She was always making sure everything was on my satisfaction. My pancakes were so good. I love them. Rosio always made sure I had fresh coffee. My family will continue to come to this IHOP for the amazing service. Thank you Rosio for a great experience for my family. IHOP you need to hire more people like her.

Delicious omelette, and our waitress (Blanca) was the sweetest, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable of the menu. The best IHOP in town! Hopefully you get Blanca, because her happy and cheerful demeanor will just put a smile on your face.
My family and I recently dined at IHOP, located at 7305 S Rainbow Blvd Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89113, where Melissa served us. Our typical reason for choosing IHOP is to make use of the free kids' meal promotion that comes with each paid adult entry. Initially, Melissa seemed disinterested in serving us, but we considered that she might be having a challenging day.
However, when it was time to settle the bill, we noticed that our receipt was charging us for the kids' meals. We politely brought this to Melissa's attention, to which she responded, "If you don't tell me before, I'm not going to put it on there. You guys already ate." We understood and requested an updated receipt that included the promotional free kids' meals. Melissa agreed but mentioned there would still be a charge for the kids' drinks, despite the menu clearly stating they were included. I requested the menu to verify, and indeed, the menu listed drinks as part of the meal.
We inquired about speaking with a manager, but Melissa informed us that the manager was only available in the mornings. Therefore, we decided to pay and address the matter with the manager in the morning. After a lengthy wait, Melissa returned with my card and a receipt folded under my card. Before leaving, I tried to engage in a respectful conversation with her about customer service.
As I exited, I realized I had not signed the receipt. I retrieved the receipt she had provided me, and it was the initial one, issued before swiping my card, lacking the signature and tip lines. I approached another staff member and requested the final receipt to verify the total amount charged. It was then that I noticed Melissa had added a tip for herself. I expressed my dissatisfaction and confronted Melissa in front of other customers regarding this unauthorized tip. I remained at a distance and allowed her fellow staff members to address the issue.
I promptly contacted the district manager, Nora, and explained the situation. She apologized, mentioning that Melissa had been with them for over a year and a half. Nora offered to refund the tip if it had already gone through but stated that the charge for the kids' drinks would remain despite the false advertisement. I expressed my disappointment with the staff's behavior and Nora's failure to rectify the situation and rebuild customer trust.
I would strongly advise against dining at this IHOP. If you do choose to dine there, please meticulously review your receipt and ensure you receive the complete after-charge receipt to avoid encountering similar issues.

My order was supposed to be here at 9:09. Did not get here until 9:38. Breakfast food. Pancakes. Who wants to heat up pancakes in a microwave? Why should I have to heat anything up? I pay for hot food. Refund tomorrow for sure. It’s Thanksgiving so you weren’t that busy. You ask if I ate it?? ABSOLUTELY NOT 😡

Service was great. The food is arguably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Nashville hot chicken and waffles was horrible. I don’t have high standards, I’ll eat about anything. This tasted like rotten or molded food. I was very surprised.
