I intended to make a quick stop to only get coffee with my family. The place was disgusting, the carpet in the entrance was dirty, one of the employees told us they didn’t have any napkins explaining they fell on the floor, she went further and said the kitchen was flooded. My family and I had to leave the place very confused and overwhelmed with the conditions of the place and the poor training from staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waitresses need better training, our table was walked by several times upon being seated, no menus provided nor water even after we asked, the wait staff goes about doing the bare minimum, we will not be going back, taking our business elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 1

We were excited to find an IHOP on our way to San Juan but, were quickly disappointed with the cold food. Literally everything was cold, the toast, the eggs, the bacon. Being that we were on a time constraint we didn't send it back. The waitress was a bit slow with all her tables being full. I felt that $50 for breakfast for two wasn't worth it here. Food was great, staff very attentive and courteous and friendly. Looked out to satisfy our desires and made suggestions accordingly. Plenty of parking and wait time very reasonable. This place sucks! Not recommended at all the cook in the kitchen doesn't care about food quality. It was totally empty and it took about 20 minutes to put our order in. The place was empty!!!. The server just walked away when we complained. The chicken was burnt the waffles undercooked. The bread in the sandwich was soggy We asked for a shake and they didn't have ice cream. Bathrooms had no TP in them.

This IHOP located in Barceloneta Puerto Rico is a real disaster..Apparently the employees that work here are relatives of some kind of turtle. Don't waste your precious time coming here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Getting seated was prompt. We waited 20 min. i had to get up to find someone and ask for a server. Server showed 10 min later. We were ready to order based on the online menu. Our drinks were served another 10 min later. Breakfast was served for my granddaughter. My husband and i had to wait another while for our breakfasts. Waitress never checked on us. We waited for the check and the waitress disappeared I then had to seek out someone to get the check after waiting about 14 min. Food was not like my us ihop. Horrible I ask for chicken florentine. But they didnt have the spinach or cheese so I changed my order to a simple crispy chiken salad. The salad came it was just lettuce and fried chiken. I had to ask the waiter where was the rest of the salad. So one by one she brought out the bacon pices, the cheese, the egg and the bread that were missing. Basically I build my own salad because they didnt put anything on it to start with. It pissed me off how can they serve something with all the ingredients missing it cost $15 dollars and I had to ask for everything. Next time I am in PR I will not be coming back.
