Stopped in at this IHOP on our way back to Palm Beach. We don't eat at IHOP where we live, the food is mediocre at best and the service is awful. This IHOP was immaculate, very clean. Had a server named Jennifer, she was amazing. Made sure our order was perfect, we asked for nothing. The food was delicious, service outstanding... we'd gladly make the drive to this IHOP. Bertalina our server was so awesome. We are from Tampa, Florida went over there for the weekend and before leaving decided to go to ihop. She greeted us with a smile even though I can see she was under a lot of pressure. I felt that she was given too many tables but through it all she kept her cool and very pleasant to everyone she was serving. I want to say thank you for hiring responsible and respectful adults that made our time in Miramar Florida a greet memory. Thank you Bertalina hopefully we will meet again. Our server Star was amazing. The graveyard kitchen staff made the food so delicious. I got the waffle combo with eggs bacon and hash browns. Came in at 1am New Year's day actually Jan 2nd, 2024. Our first Waitress Gina was swapped out because she was going into OT however she stayed with us throughout the whole meal while she was doing her prep work. Amazing attention by both Gina and Star (our secondary server) It was like we had a tag team taking care of us. They were out of fountain lemonade and Miss Gina went above and beyond hand squeezing fresh lemonade for my daughter's beverage (Wonka Dreamy Lemonade). This beautiful lady had been working consecutive double shifts and she had great energy and attention to detail. We will be back and asking for her. The Diaz-Cobo, Lucio Rivero family. Amazing service by Karen in Miramar .She was super nice, educated and kind. not only that, the food was on point .Most delicious food , beautiful presentation and warm. You can’t not compare this Ihop to any other ! This is one is definitely the best we been to! Thank you my kids loved it.
