We went in on a Friday and received the worst service ever. Our Waitress left us without telling us before our order was complete. So I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the completion of my order And it never was completed. Our food was cold. They don't know how to cook eggs. I ordered toast that never came. 2 of the 3 of us Stop eating the food because it was cold or not cooked, right. The night manager still thought it was acceptable and only gave us 20% off. Even though we didn't eat the food, we didn't argue paid and left. And waited for our friend to put her pancakes in the container after 15 minutes And no one's showing up around to ask. I just picked up the plate and left. I did not want to wait in that place any longer. And If the waitress was supposed to help Our waitress she did a Absolutely poor job and I think she was drinking alcohol. She kept running back to her drink In the corner. It was Christmas Eve and nobody wants to work a holiday but it happens and attitude reflects service. There were more staff than customers but service was so slow. Food was delivered not even heat lamp warm, two of the orders were mixed up and when made aware staff just looked blank and mumbled something but didn't correct. Believe the only clear statement from staff was code for the bathroom when asked. Our table was not rude, loud, messy, demanding, and despite food quality and service we still tipped above 20% because duh nobody wants to work a holiday. I went in for a job interview. The manager did nothing but make fun of me from the moment I walked in. She proceeded to make fun of my hair, made fun of the fact that I arrived 15 minutes early, and then proceeded to make fun of the job I presently have. This establishment leaves a lot to be desired. Especially in regards to the general manager. Then they wonder why they can't keep help. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My server was nice but very slow & forgetfull. Took forever to take my order, never got my iced tea. When dinner arrived i asked 3 times for butter for the vegies, by the time i got it the vegies were cold. The texas toast didnt arrive untill i was half way finished with dinner. The food tasted good, just partially cold & late or missing. I discussed this with the manager who did apologize but offered no resolution. Just a dissapointing experience . Food is pretty good 80% of the time. They always do forget the sides of sauce that comes with meals. Like ranch, salsa, gravy. I think maybe 2xs out of the many we have been there my meal has been correct. We have had 3 friendly and extremely excellent waitresses and 1 waiter. The rest were mediocre. The service can be good if you get the right server!!! Also seems like later in the evening / night the worse the servers. We went here for dinner later in the evening on a Saturday night. I couldn't believe how crowded it was. Our food was good and our server was very nice. My biggest complaint was they seem drastically understaffed. Our poor server looked like she was doing data entry on multiple kiosks because she was in front of one for that long. She also seems to be the only one running tables efficiently. The other one or two with her didn't seem to see any urgency in the restaurant being full. If it wasn't for Jade there probably would have been a lot of upset customers. Definitely hire more like her, what a great work ethic! No complaints at all about the visit. Went earlier on a Wednesday about 7:25. Got seated immediately. Orders taken and food was out within 10 mins. Thouroughly enjoyed the food. The coffe cup down there full of all that cream tripped me out when the waiter brought it out. My fiance' actually got it and she obviously didn't ask for all of that. But other than that, we enjoyed this location.

This place has great service in store our house servers were very delightful and caring, very attentive to our needs. On my he other hand i had took an appetizer home with us and unfortunately it was not up to par. When I called the manager with the complaint she was rude and acted as if she didny believe me. I had to go thru a series of questions just to get my needs met. What ever happened to the customer is always right?!?!?!?!?.
