The bakery is advertised as being open at 6 am. I’ve come multiple different times around 7 am to find no one to help me in the bakery area. Quality of products is great, but the service is absolutely awful.

I like shopping here everyone very friendly and helpful! But I always have to check my receipt cause there is always something wrong, either didn't get sale price or the fuel saver! I'm always going to customer service to get it fixed, shouldn't have to do this every time I go shopping

The closest Hy-Vee store I live near, just two miles from home. I've been stopping here since childhood. Quite the '70s style Hy-Vee store. I've gone to this Hy-Vee more than any other in the colony. Great service.
