I’ve had a good time with great food every time we have been here. The crispy fried chicken sandwich is the best I’ve had in a very long time. Shanda was our waitress - she did a fantastic job. Horrible service and horrible food if I was the owner I would take a step back and really consider my future with that staff he has there especially the kitchen staff. I am very disappointed with them. I frequent there all the time and it was so bad the server only came to our table once to check on us and never asked why the food was untouched. My 5 year old could make Mac and cheese better then them. It was cold and from a box with added shredded cheese that made it nasty. They need to change the oil in their fryers the chicken tenders came out very dark and burnt. I understand people want to save money but don't cut corners with people's food and health. My burger was so char broiled it was not edible. Come on SCOTT fix these problems and we will come back. Also the table was dirty along with the booth seats. You can watch the staff standing around on their phones. If I owned the place Scott I would make the servers have sections not bouncing them all over the restaurant and even outside. My burger came out with a slider bun and my fries were burnt to a crisp and you could count the fries on 2 hands... horrible, horrible and horrible. Service was friendly and relaxed. Most things were very prompt. We went early afternoon which for a bar like this I would assume was their slow time so everything was moving a little slower but that was fine because the food was absolutely awesome! There were so many things on the menu we want to try that we have to go back. It's not particularly cheap but the food seems higher quality so the price is fine by my book. I visitied this location on 28 Sep 2023 and I ordered buffalo wings and a philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, the food is terrible here and does not pass any test. A good wing either has good breading where all the magic happens or it has to be saucy in a quality sauce, like bar wings. These wings were neither, and so bland. It's like the chef did not even toss them in buffalo sauce, there was barely a drip on these wings. Everybody in the group took one bite and the rest went to trash as seen in the photo. As for the philly, for a $15 sandvich I was expecting a giant loaded philly. This was another let down, very mediocre, dry and small. A good philly would be oozing juices, mayo and melts in your mouth, but this was none of that. I am sorry but your food is honestly bad for the price. Been pining to go for such a long time, especially after the location in Chandler closed up. We were seated reasonably quickly, and our server was so sweet. The wings, by extension, were amazing. Had the Firecracker (sweet chili) and Coco Loco (habanero/coconut/lime) were super tasty! The broccoli side was better than it had any right to be. Went out to eat with some friends and found this little gem. Food was really good. Katie the waitress was friendly and attentive to fill our drinks answer any other questions we had. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, fried Pickles we awesome and not slimy or overcooked. My Burger was perfect “The Hangover Burger” was done perfectly. Then only downside I had was the appetizers were a little on the small size for helping for the price. Otherwise it would have been 5 ⭐️. Well done!!!
