i have only eaten here twice,first time was in the evening and it was calm in terms of atmosphere and the service was really good, second time i ate there was at lunch time and it was fully packed that me and the 3 people i was with had nowhere to seat for about 30 minute's,it was congested to the fullest,but surprisingly our order came faster than we expected despite congestion of orders,we enjoyed our food while charging our phones,only problem was they didn't have any sauce left to give us.. they ran out..either way we enjoyed our meal and the guy's really loved the ice cream Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went to the town center outlet for ice cream but the service was pathetic! Firstly they were busy charting while I waited to served, then I was served what I didn't order, when I tried to complain the lady serving me was so rude. Please give them name tags and provide a number where we can complain.
